It seemed like kind of a sketchy place but the room was the typical hotel room. It was quiet and it was next to a pizza hut (MAJOR PLUS). It was also located next to a Macdonald's so I rented movies for just $1 Each. Unfortunately, there was no DVD player so I just used my Laptop. It had a mini fridge for my leftover pizza. :)

Room seemed clean and nice view to lake. Lobby area was small and poor breakfast.

The Super 8 Chaska was rather comfortable, and a decent value for the money. The heating unit was very hard to adjust, and the bathroom fan rattled quite a bit. But the bed was comfortable, the location near Chaska city center, and the neighborhood is good.

Good choice for the money, inexpensive and clean. Walls had no sound barrier. Could hear neighbors. Comparative to other hotels in the area, it was money well spent. The amount of money we saved, we were able to have a free dinner. the room and bathroom was clean, that's the bottom line.

We stay here because it is so close to the Rennissance Faire and less expensive then the others located around there. The hotel is clean and the desk staff are fine. The rooms are ok and we like overlooking the lake. the furnishing could use some updating. Mattress was old and saggy. The towels were clean but dingy. They could add a little bleach and get better results.

Bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. On a 1 being the poorest and a 10 being excelent I would rate the Hotel a 9. The bed was nice and the hotel staff that we seen was very helpful.

The location when I "had" a basketball tournament scheduled there. The Location when the tournament was switched. I wanted to swear right there that we are not able to cancel a room reservation or at least transfer it to another place when circumstances change. We booked that room because my daughter was suppose to play a basketball tournament in Chaska that weekend. The whole tournament got moved to another town and I could not get my room changed or transferred. We paid the bill, didn't get to use the room but will never use your program again. How's that for a survey?
