Service was excellent, and the room was fine, except for the A/C which conked out on our last night.

The manager was very prompt. The mildew on shower curtains, cheerios under the edge of the bed, re-hanging used towels as new, mattress that was so light it rocked when you moved. Pass.

We stayed in super8 March 20th for family reunion, this motel has changed dramatically. New owner has changed all staff, room decoration, cleaningness everything has been changed and looks beautiful. This is not the same motel what we saw years ago. I would like to complement the new owner for his effort

We were forced to stay here because it was the last room available in town. It was so dirty and horrible. It is by far the worst Super 8 I have ever been in. The pool was so nasty, I am surprised no one got ill from swimming in it. It is not worth the money. (64.00)

Super 8 Motel in Chadron, Nebraska was not the nicest motel we have stayed in. Not very clean and inviting. The air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep. It was very run down. I thought it was to much money for what you got.

Clean. Hot. Hotel was very nice and comfortable. The only suggestion is to kepp the room to a moderate temperature. It was very hot in there when we arrived.

Me and my wife stayed at the Super 8 in Chadron for my friends graduation recently, and had family that was visiting me stay here when I was attending college. The motel recently transitioned to new owners and management and you can definitely tell, the overall quality and maintenance have greatly improved from the experience my family had before. The rooms are adequately sized, and they were cleaned well. The front desk has been remodeled and the pool area has been redone making it look really nice compared to before. New staff was very friendly and helped us with anything we asked about. Would definitely stay there again.

I'm not overly picky, but I do expect the maids to clean important things like the bathroom. I could tell that they took some swipes at it, but I used disinfectant wipes to go over it myself and the toilet was not clean, the floor had not been touched by a mop. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The rest of the room seemed to be adequately clean and my feet didn't seem to get dirty walking on the carpet. Bed was clean and adequately comfortable. This was built as a cheap motel in the 70's so don't expect ambiance. It was quiet enough, room is small, furniture worn and dated. Breakfast area is tiny and minimal selection. Pool was closed due to paint fumes but looks nice. Young lady at front desk was nice. The Motel 6 and Best Western in town seem much nicer but they do cost more. This hotel would be fine as an overnight stop but not a destination.

The staff member said they would 'deep clean' the room (since it needed to be done twice a year anyway) including washing bedding, walls and furniture. I have no way of knowing if this ocurred and had a reaction to the smokey scented room anyway, but I thought it was a good gesture in making my visit as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this hotel if you want value and don't require perfection. Free Wireless internet.

Location to the highway 20 and 385. Dirty, refusal of staff/mgt. to solve problems, many unrepaired public areas such as exit doors, hot tub out of order public rest room closed. Very poor stay. Old dirty rooms, co-webs in all corners. Staff/mgt more interested in making stories as to why things are wrong or broken instead of fixing the problem. The night housekeeper/maint. man was in the pool and had been drinking. When I told the mgt in the am I was told that I was wrong. I and others (3) who were complaining about rooms not being cleaned could tell from his manner and smell that he had been drinking. Do not stay in this hotel

Super 8 in Chadron, Nebraska is not worth a return visit. The parking was supple. The staff was warm and friendly at the front desk, but that is where it ends. The rooms were dirty, the walls were very thin, and the staff were very noisy as well. There were no screens on the window and the ac/heater didn't work. The toilet ran and was never repaired. The shower faucet dripped profusely. I found a better Motel further into the city that was not listed online.

The parking was about the only thing we liked. The carpet was dirty,wrappers under the bed. No screen on the window. There was a wasp nest out side the window,and they were coming in the room.I will not stay there again.

Checking in at the Super 8 Motel, Chadron, Ne. went very well. The clerk was friendly and helpful when it came to directions to our room and good places to eat. However, upon entering our room, everything changed. Immediatly we could see that the room would be unacceptable. There were crumbs on the floor, obviuosly it was not vacuumed properly. The beds were semi- made up, but looked like someone had been lying on them. Worst of all, there was a cigarette butt on one of the beds. I went back down to tell the clerk that we would not accept this room and why. She grabbed the key to another room and came with me back to the dirty one.She agreed that the room was unacceptable, took us to a new room, inspected it, and made sure that it would be OK with us. We took the room, and she promised us that the person who cleaned the other room would be disciplined. I personnaly found the bed to be too soft, but my wife said it was ok.

The people were friendly and very helpful. Very dirty for what I am used to in this chain. Will not stay here again. In the 6 nights that we were there the floor was never vacuumed. Towels from the previous occupants were still on the back of the bathroom door. Tissue box was never refilled after I used the last tissue the first day. Beds were made each day as if a 4 year old made them. I don't have to have clean sheets everyday but I am paying for a service and this was tacky. The common area carpets also had not been vacuumed in quite some time. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was your basic Super 8 hotel. It was clean and comforable.It had internet access.

Economical and located within Chadron (close proximity to my meeting). Did not remove snow after a major storm, iron had something melted on it. Decent spot, but may try Motel 6 next time.
