We will never stay at this hotel again, ever. The only thing good about this hotel was it was close to the airport and airport parking. The staff was rude and crude. The room was not very clean (hair everywhere). We stayed at this hotel to save us an hour drive before a 6:30 flight. In the future, if no other hotels are available, we would rather drive.

Bed was very comfortable. Seems a little run down inside. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a comfortable size. The bathroom was very clean looking, but the toilet paper holder spaced was too far away from the toilet.

Stayed there to catch a 6:00 am flight. It would be convenient if they had 24hr. shuttle service. As ist is, their shuttle didn't run either when we left or came back.

was unable to stay there since I was in the hospital;they promised we would be credited for not staying there.waiting for credit. alot of the answers on survey did not apply since I was not able to stay there.

It was better & cleaner than expected. Uncomfortable pillows. Clean public spaces. Clean rooms, comfortable bed but uncomfortable pillows breakfast out for early morning flight was important.

As the title suggests, this hotel meets all the needs, but no frills. If you are looking for a place very close to the airport and are simply looking for a place to lay your head, then this one will suit you just fine. Nothing to shout about with the rooms, but they were clean. As the Verizon commercial says... "Towels are kinda scratchy!" Again, nice enough, but nothing to write home about.

Clean, great shuttle service, friendly staff, breakfast provided, walking park nearby. No elevator, vending machines did not work. Good place to stay for air travelers but bring evening snacks and remember that there is no elevator, so bring an extra bag for the stay.

Super 8 is as close to Epply as you can stay, so is very convenient for an early morning flight. The relatively low price is also a plus. There are no conveniences in the room. In room coffee is hot water and a coffee in a tea bag. No fridge, no microwave, no movies. Over all, it is a clean, convenient, no frills place to sleep and shower.

Convenient to airport. Staff bickering amongst themselves; not very friendly. For my purposes, the hotel stay was fine. However, when I arrived, my room key wouldn't open the door, and I had to be switched to a different room. No big deal, but the two staff on duty were bickering by letting me know how inadequate the other was. Also, when I pulled up to check in, the staff were outside the front doors of the smoke-free hotel having a smoke. Not a good first impression.

The Super 8 at Carter Lake was all that was expected. We just needed a place to stay before an early morning flight. We got in late evening and were checked in fast and were in our room in minutes. The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. The breakfast wasn't a lot but was plenty to get us on our way. The bed was comfortable and the room fit into our needs for an overnight stop.

The staff weren't very friendly or helpful at our check in and in our search for places to eat. The area was nice as long as you stayed in the Nebraska side the Iowa or Carter Lake side of the town was terriable! The room was very nice but the bathroom needed some renovations and the room had an odd smell like someone had smoked in it at one time or another so that was very unpleasant. I utilized the airport shuttle which I LOVED and satisfied our want for convience. I believe this hotel has the potential to be amazing with a little extra effort and some more upbeat and enthusastic staff.

Location. Long black hair on the shower wall we're blondes). Other than the hair, and the furnace thing being extremely dirty, it was wonderful! We will go back.

I have stayed at the Super 8 Carter Lake Iowa several times. Mostly because of the price and location. I always stay there before I fly. They have a great shuttle service, but not such convenient times. The only downfall is there is no elevator. I don't mind carrying my luggage up the stairs...except when I am planning a long travel and they are extremely heavy.

The proximity of the hotel to the airport was important to me. The Hotel associate at the front desk was very helpful. She allowed me to print my boarding pass from the front desk computer to facilitate my check in.
