The staff at this hotel was rude and very unresponsive. There attitude showed in all aspects of this operation. It is very dirty, I am glad I was not traveling with my young children. We were treated very poorly by the front desk attendant. Don't waste your money here.

Efficiency. The supply of towels and their quality was terrible. I experienced exactly what Super 8 advertises. It was clean, neat and the staff was informative and nice. As I said above the towels are in need of a huge improvement.

It was very close to the concert venue (CMAC) we were going to. The bed was very firm. The room was fine, although the bed was very firm. The location was perfect, we could have walked to the concert at CMAC, and probably should have -- traffic was terrible on the in. It was also very close to Downtown Canandaigua and the Harbor area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was just muffins or cereal----would've liked more pastries or fruit. This hotel was conveniently located, clean and friendly. The only negative would be to upgrade their mattresses. The bed was comfortable enough but not plush.

Neat, clean, quiet, next to Wegmans and Starbucks. Heat was too loud, constant on off cycle and when turning light on in bathroom fan went on.

The motel was quiet. They bare minimum (or less) of supplies, i.e.: toiletries, towels was provided. The motel, while surely a 1-star facility, met our needs as business travelers.

Inexpensive. Room could have been cleaner - hair on the bathroom floor, etc. The staff was friendly but the entrance, front desk area and the hallway reeked (I mean raked) of cigarette smoke and our room was not exactly clean. I would not recommend this hotel. I was on business in the area and lucky my wife was not with me as she would have left in a second.

New hotel - good AC- clean - comfortable. Perhaps a little on the loud side (thin walls) but nice place overall. New hotel, across street from Wegmann's (grocery) and several restaurants - worth considering again on next trip to Canandaigua area.

Your staff is excellent. I also liked the breakfast bar; coffee and tea anytime. The room was not cleaned properly. Need better lighting. Nice view. Friendly service. Good beds and lots of TV stations always a plus.
