We felt welcomed. NA. I'm from Chicago and we recently passed a law: No smoking in any facilities or restaurants. It's a shame it is not in this hotel for the smoke carried over. The room was small and seemed cramped, but the staff was wonderful. I was surprised that there was no frig like the hotel-site stated. However, I did not do the virtual tour & trusted there information.

My stay was pleasant, the hotel is well located and you have to try Fiesta Mexico, the restaurant right beside it, wunderful. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast pretty decent too.

Complimentary continental breakfast provided. Inside room entrance. Air conditioning switched on and off often, causing wide temperature fluctuations. The hotel was clean with easy access to the room from the lobby, so good security. Convenient continental breakfast was provided. Only issue was the air conditioner allows too great a temperature fluctuation from hot to cold.

Nothing. Rooms were small pool/spa was very poor. The front desk lady was very polite and courteous. The rooms were very tiny and all the appliances were stacked on top of the small dresser (e.g.: TV, frig, micro) they all blocked the only body mirror in the room. The spa was missing jet parts so you couldn¿t use the jets plus the paint were all coming off. My husband stepped into the spa and missed the last step because the water was cloudy at the bottom. He had to go to the emergency for a broken toe. The owner/manager was supposed to contact my husband and he never even bothered to see if he was ok. Very poor management.

News paper on hand at front desk. Pool and Spa both NASTY!!! Film over the top of the water. I will never stay at this hotel again. Some staff members where very nice, others need to take a class on manors. The rooms where OK. However one room was not the size I ordered. The pool and spa looked so NASTY, I almost became very ill. My children where not happy that they would not be able to swim on our trip.
