This Super 8 is adjacent to an industrial area. It provides basic, decent lodging at a reasonable cost and no amenities. It is convenient to most parts of the small town of Butler, PA and convenient access to Route 8 to Pittsburgh.

Telephones did not work (safety issue). Housekeeping was terrible they didn't even know how to make a bed. No AC in the halls of the hotel. Only one ice machine for the entire hotel. Our room was ready but made us wait one hour to check in. Right next to a RR track very noisy at night. Too pricey for what they offer.

Things are still being worked on. No noise but patches here and there and obvious work in progress. Staff was friendly. Room was average size. Shortage of outlets for recharging cell phones, laptops, etc. Only problem is theircomplimentary 'breakfast'. was the most It was the most limited I have ever seen. ..bread for toasting, butter & Jam, MINI sweet rolls. No creamer for the coffee only powdered stuff.

Convenient. The blanket was stained, the chair also. There was hair in tub, and the book about places to eat was gross. The rooms need better cleaning, hall also had crumbs on the floor, rug at end of steps was folded over and someone could have fallen. I would not stay there again.

Room was clean,but within eye site of a steel mill and very close to a major highway and heavy traffic. If this Motel was in a little better location it would be a better value.

I enjoyed the hotels location. The hallways smelled like smoke and the carpets had not been vaccuumed for weeks. The hotel suited its purpose and wasn't so bad for the price. It is not a place to go if you are looking to "get-away from it all" but it is fine for a quick overnight stay.

For the money it was a good deal . clean and in good repair. Staff was not exceptionally friendly but not rude or anything. Bidggest ddrawback was the continental brakfast, which was basically coffe and Danish or toast and jelly. No milk, no juice, no fruit, no fixins, no place to sit, no place to fix your plate, actually they did not even have paper plates, just napkins. But it was cheap and clean and comfortable so a pretty good deal all considered

Friendly, competent front desk staff. Public areas needed vacuuming, comfortable room, great front desk staff. Comfortable room, helpful front desk staff, nice view of the PA hills from the windows.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had two double beds; one was uncomfortably firm and the other had no support at all. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Public areas were clean and our room was clean. Would stay here again.

It was 2 minutes from where I needed to be! It is adjacent to busy US Rt# 8 (Very Close). This hotel is very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional! It is great value and close to Pittsburgh!

The staff and management were extremely courteous and helpful. The room key had to be constantly reprogrammed every day. I liked the hotel and the staff. I was supposed to be booked for four nights, but the hotel booked for only two nights. I also had problems with the bill, because your people said I only paid $190.00 even though my VISA card was charged the real amount of $285+.You are the sorriest company I have ever had to deal with.
