Friendly staff, clean room, convienient location. This is obviously an updated older motel but the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was excellent.

Thanks for asking. I chalked it up, "For get it". Room #101 was beautiful with lots of excessaries and very clean. When time for evening shower the water was not hot, just very luke warm, so I thought many were using it so I'll wait until morning. So early morning I turned on the water and nothing but ICE cold. So I called the desk to ask why no hot water. She informed me that the hot water heater had burned out. Now that is understandable and oppogized with an offer of going next door to another motel building for to shower, OR she said we could offer me a ten dollar discount at check out and would tell the manager so I opted to accept the refund. So when I checked out the now manager at the desk said they could not refund that ten dollars because I had got on line with a online travel agency and you got paid from my credit card and so they could not refund as the early desk clerk had offered. I was told if I had got on line directly with this motel supper 8 and paid them they could refund me. Then I was told I would have to go to the online travel agency to get my refund. So I thought that was going to be a hassel and just for get it with a bad experience. If they was not going to be able to refund me there yhey should not of made that offer. So this is not a complaint but a matter of fact. So this leads me to go directly to the motel itself on line. Thank you again for your checking back with me.

When we first checked in, the hotel clerk was not rude, but he didn't really seem to care about being helpful. After looking around town a bit, we found gas was averaging 4.06 and was cheaper a few blocks from the hotel in both directions. The room was okay and in a separate buidling from the main building. The laundry facilities, (1 washer/1 dryer) were located in the building where we were staying and only cost 1.00 to operate, but the dryer didn't work so well and with a line for the machines, I was forced to accept damp clothes. It was nice that the restuarant gave a 10% discount to guest at the hotel and the food was good. The breakfast was muffins and coffee, so we went out for breakfast. We were a bit irritated that when we came back from breakfast, the maids had already stirpped our beds, putting the pillows and comforters off to the side and begun cleaning the room, even though check-out wasn't until 11am and we returned to the room before 10am. Add on almost 20 in taxes and surcharges, including an "energy fee" and the stay was deifinitely not worth it.

Staff very friendly, nice room for family. No swimming pool. Hotel Staff friendly room very clean, easy access to all definitely would use hotel again.

As with all Super 8s, you get just the basics here. My room was clean and basically comfortable. Convenient location, not far off I -40 on the east side of Flagstaff. And yes, there is frequent train traffic on the main line of the BNSF railroad across the street (as seems to be true for most Flagstaff hotels). After a while, you won't pay much attention as it becomes just background noise, especially if your air/heater unit is on.

Nice and clean hotel.Easy to find.You can hear the trains but you can hear them anywhere in Flagstaff.If you realy want to sleep it will not bother you at all.

We had decided to try a different place as we usually stay at one particular hotel. We booked a suite at Super 8 online. When we got to the motel they gave us a "family" suite instead of a regular suite we requested.. The difference? Two queen beds (as per our request) AND bunkbeds in place of the couch and coffee table. When we asked about it at check in the clerk said "oh well, just throw your things on the bunk beds"... Not good. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. We probably got two good hours of sleep that night. Next time, we'll go back to our old favorite.

We arrived after dark just to crash in a suite. I found the room we had to be big enough for us which was nice, however, there was a lot of noise of hearing the people in the hall and a nearby train that went by every 20 minutes (which only affected me, no one else I traveled with). Overall, for the money and the great customer service, I would return.

I stayed here with my family and we enjoyed our visit. It is located near many things. There were a few things that were a 5 minute drive but it was worth it. We have stayed in many Super 8 motels and this is by far the best we have ever stayed at. The rooms were fantastic and the staff was vey friendly

Clean, decent room. Rooms open into shared hallway and we would have preferred our own outer door for the dog. We turned on the fan to prevent train noise from bothering us--it was no problem at all.

Loved that there were bunk beds for the kids. Bathroom door had to be either all the way open or all the way closed. This was the perfect hotel for the family for this trip. 2 Queen beds and bunk beds in the room. Allowed the whole family to stay in one room. As we were money conscious on this trip, having only one room was great. Room came with fridge & microwave. The only challenge we had was that the bathroom door had to be all the way open or all the way closed. We would have liked to use the bathroom light as a night light but couldn't.

Was friendly and clean. Train near by. This hotel was cleaner than some hotels my family and I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly. There was some noise from a train near by. My family and I would stay there again.

The woman at reception when I arrived was very nice and trying hard to make people happy despite a totally full hotel on a stormy night. The parking lot was awful! I am surprised no one got hurt while I was there. It was one big ice patch and people were sliding all over. There were a lot of families with kids. I think it must be convenient for skiing in the area. It was a bit noisy in the hallways with kids running around playing, but relatively quiet in our room. Breakfast was very crowded, they could use more space for a lobby/breakfast space. It was standing room only.

We have 4 kids under age 8 and this was the best hotel for them!!! We went up to play in the snow for the day and when I found this hotel online I was excited. I did have to book over the phone because we requested the "family" suite. It had 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. There was a bathtub (which is perfect for kids) and it was very clean. We did have to ask for more towels becuase there were only 3 but that wasn't a problem. There was a small desk and a good sized TV. We brought the babies pack n play and it fit perfectly in the alcove that was the doorless closet. This hotel has 2 buildings. 1 for smoking and 1 for non. The only downside was that the "breakfast" was in the lobby which was in the 1st smoking building. We were in the non smoking so we had to go outside and walk to the lobby. It was COLD and SNOWY so that was unfortunate. The breakfast consisted of donuts and dry cereal or individual oatmeal packets. It was kind of a dissapointment but it was ok. We would stay here again. They had another family room that had 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. Oh, and there was a fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room. The lobby also had free coffee and hot chocolate 24hrs.
