We were in town for a wedding so that took up most of the 1st two day we were there. But we did get to enjoy the Falls and the local outlet mall. We wern't expecting the cold/rainy weather. So we had to buy some warmer clothes. The hotel breakfast was enjoyable, set up was a lil crowded but the lady who serves is a hoot, just sweet & funny as can be. Anytime we had a question the staff had an answer & directions. They also had coupons for different resturants & even the outlet mall. Over all we were extreamly pleased with our stay at the Super 8. We we go back we will stay again.

Breakfast & room. Front desk. Everything in the hotel meet my expectation. I had bad experience at the front desk when I am vacating. Front desk person is talking nasty.

Manager was very helpful not only with us but all of the guest we have observed. It gives you a feeling like he knows you even if you were a first time guest. Place was well maintained and clean. rooms were smaller but well kept and comfy. I came back a week later and book in the same place and i'm really very satisfied with the service and overall accomodation.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast was ok but not great. The number of restaurants in the immediate area was not the best but we managed. Great for ease of commuting to Niagara Falls and Canada as well as expressways. Over all my friends and I had a good experience.

The hotel served me its purpose-sleeping. You basically get what you pay for. The T.V. was a little low for viewing purposes when your laying down in bed. But for the most part, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Clean rooms, non smoking rooms separate from smoking area, nice breakfast. Should have microwave in room. Nice hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful. All in all, highly recommended.

This is a Super 8 Motel. I am not sure why they are hiding this identity. The receptionist at the front desk is very rude. The halls stink and carpet has a lot of stains. The bed and bedding shows age. Breakfast is insufficient. The hotel personnel at breakfast is not nice, she did not care for the left items by a guest. I had to point it out to her of the left item before she to take care of it. Bathroom is clean. I will advise other travelers to check other than this one.

Comfortable bed. The walls are made of cardboard. I could hear people in rooms above, next door and across the hallway from me! Room was okay, staff was very nice and helpful, yet the quality of the building is as cheap as can be. Walls are literally made of cardboard - you can hear people in rooms everywhere, it is very annoying.

was a last minute purchase.did extensive internet search for a clean but cheap place to stay.stay was comfortable.room and bathroom were clean.all equipment worked well.sheets were reasonably cleanits about 4-5miles from the falls

Great hotel overall. Very clean. The breakfast they serve in the morning wasn't great. Not much selection. No real cream for coffee, just whitener. No fresh fruit. Could have been better. Would have spent an extra 5 bucks or so to have better food!

Price. The grounds were dirty, tub drain/plug didn't work, key-cards didn't always work. If you are traveling on a budget, this motel will work for you.

The staff assigned a room for the handicap for us. The check-in staff of this motel assigned a room for the handicap people for us. He refuses to change the room as he claimed that this is the room available right now. We are very unhappy with this experience.

Location. Breakfast. Over all, not a bad experience for the amount paid. If you have AAA, however, try using your AAA discount if you are thinking of staying here, because that would have actually saved me $10.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel room was nice and clean. They had a nice breakfast bar. The area has shops like Target and others, and is just a few minutes away from Niagara falls.
