Date of Stay:

Peaceful and just fine; it was a personal trip
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The staff I encountered was friendly and very accommodating. The staff was friendly and the sheets, shower and floors were clean.
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
The front desk was friendly. The room had no a/c or heat. On the first night I arrived in the room late and did not notice the problem until the second night about 11pm and having to check out at by 11am to leave we asked for extra blankets and checked out early.

Rooms were nice and clean. I would not recommend this hotel. Although the rooms were nice and clean, it took us two days to get a working coffee pot. The phone never worked.

I would never stay there again. Trains come at all hours (12 midnight, 2am, etc). The bed was hard as a BRICK. Bathtub was not the cleanest. Not enough towels. Would not stay for FREE!
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
The sheets and bed were horrible! The sheets were horrible (smelled) so I went prepared and took some to put over bed. Only good thing it was close to the casinos! The staff was friendly. No iron in room had to get one from office and it was nasty and they also gave me a big iron board that was stained! Just used the room for somewhere to basically sleep.

Staff was okay. Room really smelled bad..There was a huge stain in the floor that looked like bodily fluids, I wouldn't even walk around without my shoes on!! Plug ins in the bathroom did not work. Nasty used rag still in shower along with a moldy bar of soap!! Price was way too high for such a poor quality room!! Will not stay again!

The bed was comfortable. Shower fixtures did not work as they were supposed to. This hotel met my needs for a place to stay and a bed to sleep in. The outside lighting was not adequate for me to feel safe and as I am a young woman who frequently travels alone for business, safety is important. Staff was rude upon check in and check out. This was the only time I had any contact with any staff person. The cups provided in the room were dirty and that was a turn off. However, the in room microwave, fridge and coffee pots were nice touches, even though I did not use them.

The beds were hard as a rock. I had a stiff neck for 3 days after I stayed here. The room was clean. I suppose you get what you pay for, but I will not be back and neither will my friends.
Date of Stay:
January, 2009
The location was great and rooms were very clean. It was really close to the railroad tracks so it was pretty noisy at night. The rooms were spotless, staff was courteous and the location was excellent. If you are a heavy sleeper then you will have no problem at this hotel.

We had made an online reservation, but apparently they never got it. Thankfully, our card was never charged either. They refused to give me the online rate that I had found, although I pulled up the information right in their lobby. Also, the next morning, we asked for a late check out and were denied...that was okay, but 15 minutes before checkout, the owner (I think) knocked on our door and asked when we would be out. We were out prior to checkout. They were not welcoming, and seemed to want us out in a hurry. I found this very rude and unprofessional. I will never stay there again.

It was pretty clean. The room was nice. The traffic and the train noises were awful. Bad. This hotel was too close to the highway and the train tracks. The noise from both kept us up. The door was too small for the frame and that let a lot of noise in. The plumbing was noisy. You could hear the noise from the bathroom next to yours. Not a good place to stay to get any rest. That's for sure.

It had a big bed. No fridge or microwave and the bathroom tub was broken and the bathroom was very small. Fix your bath tubs.

Stains running down the walls near the bathroom and looked like blood spatter in the bathroom area. BUT THEY MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWAKE AT NINE A.M. BY ROLLING THE CARTS DOWN THE HALLWAY AND BANGING ON DOORS, EVEN WHEN I SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT, THE MAN OPENED THE DOOR ANYWAY ON MY WIFE AND I. THE OFFICE LADY WAS NASTY AS WELL. RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
Date of Stay:

It was comfortable and the room we had was acceptable it was roomy enough and had a small refrigerator, microwave & a couch, and tissue. It was a little noisy with train traffic but once asleep, it was not a problem. Morning breakfast room was in need of cleaning, too much sugar and not clean. I would stay here again as I have stayed in other motels in this area and the train noise does not bother me as much as a clean room and a good bed, which it had a pool though. By far it is a good place to lay your head, which I need in Bossier City.

Clean and Comfortable. It was built VERY CLOSE to a railroad track. Trains came by blowing their whistle all night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked as it was supposed to. The only drawback was the trains passing by every hour blowing their whistles.
