The staff were very attentive to us. They were a little frazzeled with some other guests but were very attentive to our needs and answered every question we had and provided us directions to what we were looking for.

Hotel was approved by my wife of 49 years. Need I say more?

This Super 8 was by far the best motel we have stayed in. We have been to Boone on several occasions and stayed at other hotels in the area but the Super 8 was the best. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. When we are back in the Boone area we will definitely stay at the Super 8.

This hotel was filthy and the front desk person was an idiot. It looks good from the outside but don't be fooled. We travel 30-35 weekends each year and stay in all kinds of hotels but will not stay in anymore Super 8's, Econo-Lodge, or Day's Inn. This room had not been cleaned adequately and the front desk clerk was totally incompetent. DO NOT STAY HERE

Great value, good location and easy access to Boone Area. I've stayed here before and the quality and service have been consistant on both stays. Rooms are average size, clean and have easy access from the front or back of building. Hotel has a lot to offer without breaking your budget.

The high speed internet was excellent. This hotel is great and is set in a nice area. There was excellent scenery to and from the hotel; and around as well. Other than the loud dope smokers we had to put up with for 3 nights; this place was great.

We stayed for the ASU home opener and the A/C did not work and the bed was made out of conctete, pillows were also very small.

We enjoyed our stay at this motel. Everyone of the staff was friendly. The food served at breakfast was well stocked and nice variety. We would stay again. The beds are a little harder than we are use too however. Although we did not need to use some amenatives such as the iron and iorning board and hair dryer it was nice to have them just in case. It would have been nice if there had been some instruction on the use of the heat settings. I would get us to cold then to hot. What can I say , we enjoyed our stay.

The room was big and so was the TV. You could hear a lot of outside noise.

The hotel is clean, modern and serves a very good continental breakfast. The staff, while young, were professional, friendly and well informed about the area. They gave good directions and good recommendations. We've never stayed at a "bad" Super 8, but this one is exceptionally nice and located within a short drive of several good restaurants. The map provided by the hotel is excellent.

Ice and coffee were in room or close by; close to resturants and shopping. Teenage ball team group on the same floor-too much noise. Overall the hotel was fine. I believe the staff should have considered we were not with the sports group and given us a quieter lOcation. I am a very tolerant person and asked the staff to check on the noise level but it did not appear to help. The next time I will asked more questions. Thanks

Very nice hotel -- clean rooms and a nicely decorated bathroom. My only complaint at all would be a little better continental breakfast -- some hot food would be nice. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

Cleanliness of bathroom in room. One of the elevators had a funny smell. The staff was very helpful and every time I went by the desk or had a question, there was no less than two people to assist me. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed while visiting Tweetsie. GREAT place, marble-topped bathroom counter, clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom, hotel is fairly new, nothing but good things to say. Staff was friendly and nice to my toddler, also quick with extra pillows, continental breakfast was good (no hot food but good variety of cereals, muffins, bagels, etc), checkout was easy. Great place to stay! We didn't have a chance to try the pool, but I saw folks swimming each time I walked by. Looked like a very nice pool, indoors, heated, and a good size. Bring your bathing suit!

Nothing. Bad service. Wouldn't stay there. The staff has no clue on how to run a hotel.

The room was quite large and roomy. There were no tables to sit coffee or soda on. For the biggest part we were pleased with our room. The noises (talking) in the hallway was a little bothersome, but not extreme. It was very clean and the drapes kept the outside lights from shining in your eyes while trying to sleep. I would choose to stay here again.

The staff was friendly and we met friendly guests. Ample continental breakfast. Light in entrance to room did not work. Smoke detector beeped for a while. Lots of styrofoam at breakfast. This hotel served our purpose for attending Highland Games at Grandfather Mountain. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The facility was better than I expected for a Super 8. Lobby was clean and inviting. I was glad to see water conservation option in use of towels. It would be nice if there were not so many disposable items that go to landfill.

"My family and I recently stayed in this hotel for the Day out With Thomas at Tweetsie. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me extra towels and pillows when I asked for them. There are two outdoor grills for guest to use. The pool was very nice. They had a wonderful continental breakfast that was restocked until it closed. A lot of hotels don't do this. Overall it was wonderful experience! Would return in the future. "
