Description:
The Super 8 of Billings has a new look about it and we welcome you to come see for yourself. In 2004 our renovation took place where we added some new colors and upgraded some amenities. Some of the new things that we added were 27 inch TV's, all new spreads and drapes, lounge chairs in all singles, our King Suites were also given a new look. The Kings now feature a computer desk with plenty of outlets and phone jacks, we created a wet bar with a microwave and refrigerator. Take a look at the pictures of the property and then come on over. The new changes are very nice. You can enjoy a workout in the new exercise room or meet with family and friends in our comfortable and spacious lobby. For those family reunions, we also have a comfortable meeting room that was added to host many activities.
Billings itself offers many thing to see and do. Whether you want to take in the local sites or to fish, hike, boat, camp, or just to see the west, Billings is a great stop off point to anywhere you want to go in Montana. Our mountains and lush forests all can be seen in "BIG SKY COUNTRY". So if it is winter, spring, summer or fall, that brings you to Montana remember, Billings is a great place to stop for a night or 2. We will be there to greet you.

The location of this facility was ideal for me as i needed to access the interstate easily; the ongoing construction at the overpass did not delay the traffic as i anticipated; the check in staff was accommodating and the night manager was friendly; the room accommodations were larger than anticipated; the bathroom shower curved rod was most helpful; overall the accommodations were great; the daily minibreakfasts were a plus!

Stayed at the Super 8 Billings, MT over the 2008 Christmas holiday. Very pleased the room was oversized, clean, quiet and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was simple and staff helpful. Kingsize nonsmoking room on second floor.

Apon entering our room we were directly hit with the strong smell of pot. It was obvious that an employee had just finished smoking (this being a non smoking room) a bowl. We directly returned too the front desk and complained, my ten year old daughter had received a big wiff, and that concerned me. They gladly got us another room, if not we said we were leaving. But what got us is the clerk said that there was no way someone could of been in that room, i vounteered too walk down too the room with him if he did not believe me. We just werent impressed at all and will not return again.

The continental breakfast was bad. It was a solid hotel. It wasn't anything special. It was completely adequate though.

Older property but still an excellent budget hotel. The biggest problem is that it is tricky to get to from the Interstate. If you have a GPS unit, I would recommend using it. If not, download a map. In either case I recommend using Exit 447 (Billings Ave) as the easiest way to get there.

stayed for a week, clean rooms, friendly, good breakfast, had a great time ice fishing while in billings. Will probably be back

The location and the price were nice. Our room looked clean until you got to looking behind the nightstand. They have internet, which I appreciate greatly! The employees were very nice and accommodating. They were pet-friendly, which is a must for us. I would definately want to check my room for cleanliness.

My daughter and I only stayed for one night while traveling. The clerk at the front desk was nice and helpful but the hotel seemed old and did not seem terribly clean. There were stains on the carpet in our room and the comforters and blankets seemed suspect. The beds were not terribly comfortable. There was a coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator if I remember correctly. Bathroom was clean but only soap was provided. The continental breakfast in the morning was acceptable but seating was hard to come by. For the price it was OK but we most probably would not stay again unless it was an emergency.

After having auto trouble ,this was our choice for the night . friendly staff safe and secure. Clean room and a great breakfast in the morning. Would gladly stay again.

It was convenient, clean, and quiet. The hotel was all that I expected. The room was clean and neat, providing the amenities I required. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I generally prefer a Super 8 when I am traveling alone.

On arrival, front desk registration was rude and very unhelpful. The next morning our toilet overflowed and we advised the desk upon departure and were told, ""Oh you'd be amazed at what people will put in the toilet to avoid paying their bill."" WE put NOTHING in the toilet and were advising them so that their maintenance would know to take care of it. We had no thank you, I'm sorry, nothing. Would never stay there again.

Price was good and room was clean overall. Dirty lobby and stairways. Coffee was super awful. This room was fine for my daughter and me since it was a one night stay for a sporting event. I would not stay more than one night because the noise level is very high. Staff is friendly, but the coffee is awful.

I was very pleased with my room. Comfortable chair and ottoman, clean bathroom, lots of nice extras. My room had a microwave/icebox/fridge that was very handy. I liked the milled soap and Pantene shampoo. The lobby had a FREE internet computer to check email---great! The breakfast area is clean, the coffee excellent, and a nice eye-opener start to the day. The place was packed every night and the staff handled the busloads of customers professionally and cheerfully. I will go back again!

It was clean and location was close to Interstate. Not biker friendly and did not seem overly pleased with internet customers. Hotel was fine but not friendly to biker community. I am a VP of my company and use a lot of hotels but under different dress. Noticed the difference at this location. Not interest in safe night storage for bikes.

"I reserved a non-smoking room but all they had when we arrived around 5:00 p.m. was smoking. I am very upset about this, as I have asthma. Although they sprayed the room with freshener and tried to improve things, I was not happy about this. I feel I should be refunded a portion of the fee."
