The cleanliness of the room. Location. The hotel was very clean. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

staff was very rude! the pool was broken and bugs everywhere!!

The wake up call was on time. The desk clerks were very rude from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The clerk was rude when we checked in. They turned out room keys off. Charged us for coffee in the room when they have coffee pots in the room. Would not give us the triple AAA discount they offer. Would not give us the check out sheet of the charges. I have contacted Best Western Customer Service. We will not stay here ever again.

The pool is bad. The continental breakfast is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. 2 muffins and 1 doughnut. No juice, no milk. A loaf a plain bread to make toast. Had to wait in line behind the hotel staff to get coffee. There are plenty of good places to stay in Bastrop, and this is NOT one of them.
