I stayed at this hotel last year. There were a lot of things missing this year. The pool was closed and green. Last year they had a cocktail hour for their guests(during the Masters week). This year they didn't have it. Also their breakfast was not as good as last year.Last year they had a free shuttle bus service to the Golf course during the day. This year guests had to pay for this service.

Very friendly staff. Coffee left in coffee maker, smoke alarm kept beeping (low battery or something). Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Although check-in was smooth for me, I had to wait in line and the sports team ahead of me apparently had a misunderstanding about the reservations so it was a long wait. Front desk staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed an helpless to solve any problems. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Coffee pot was not cleaned and there was no in-room coffee for my second day (but Krispy Kreme around the corner has excellent coffee). Hair dryer did not work. The rooms open to the outside, the curtains did not close easily and were left open after the room was cleaned. Sink did not drain well. Bathroom is tiny. Heater was noisy. Bed was uncomfortable and the bedcover appeared to be a sheet over a blanket. On the positive side, a great location, and Theresa's Mexican Restaurant next door was great. Security staff was on-site. Overall, not the worst hotel experience I have had, but this is not a hotel I will stay at again.

The staff was very friendly and my stay was good. I was in town to visit and stayed for 4 days. I would definitely stay here again. The only problem was my bed -- it was horrible. The next time I would ask for a King Size bed. A friend came with me and stayed in a room with a king bed and it was very comfy -- my room had two doubles and my back ached the entire time. Maybe I just had a bad room.

Friendly staff. It looked older and needs a renovation. I was worried at first about the hotel for the price but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. Could have used a better selection for the breakfast items but everything else was great.

When arriving after traveling from FL I was pleased to have a friendly front desk staff help me with suggestions for restaurants and attractions. He went over all of the amenities in the hotel and my room was clean with a comfy bed. The next day we had a chance to tour Augusta and there are some intersting places to go and to tour. I wish we had more time to spend in Augusta but the next time we come through we will stay at Super 8 and make it longer of a stay.

The internet connection was up. Just about everything else was a nightmare. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Had a very cold refrigerator. Not very clean. Got locked out of the building. This hotel was not in the area I booked it in. Was not very clean. I have stayed at many airfields before and this one did not meet the usual standards of that brand. No business center. There were several hotels in the same area for a much more reasonable price. I have booked thru it many times. I have always been satisfied until this stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. No ice machine on 2nd level. I enjoyed my stay.

Good breakfast. Room was Too far from elevator and ice machine. Though rated a 2 star, I felt this was better than I anticipated. The staff was friendly, the breakfast excellent, and the facility clean. I would recommend this even though the pool was not available for use (newly shocked).

Good location, good food and good service. It's not the hotel's fault, but there was a fire alarm at 4:00am. very inconvenient. I had a very good stay, and it was everything I expected and a lot more. I didn't lack for anything. Food cleaning. I really did enjoy my stay. Thanks.

Neat and tidy rooms. Good breakfast menu. Excellent staff. Very neat and tidy rooms and loggy. Breakfast was excellent with many items to choose from. Overall a good stay.

The location and ease of access to the interstate. Parking was limited. No outside power outlets. Hotel was good and clean. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us especially due to us having boats. If the Hotel gets some outside power outlets. I'm sure more Bass touring fishermen would stay.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Hum of car traffic constant. Location, friendly staff and decent continental breakfast it can't be beat. The room I had was plain but clean and adequate with a small fridge and microwave which was a nice bonus.

Very comfortable beds, attention to small details that add up to a pleasurable experience. The view is an Interstate off-ramp. We were impressed by how clean and cheery the motel was. All parts of the building and grounds that we saw were immaculate. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept on in a long time. The pillows especially were firm and full. The staff people with whom we had contact were professional and helpful, and when we had to return an hour after checkout to retrieve an item we left in the room, it was waiting for us at the front desk. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus - strong signal and easy to connect. Would definitely stay again.

Helpful staff. Outside entrances. Hotel was extremely convenient to the highway. Staff was helpful, if not all that knowledgeable. Outside doors to the rooms made for some uncomfortable trips to the lobby. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and the beds were wonderful!

Rooms had frig and microwave. Small TV's and no HBO or Show time. Average 2 star hotel right next to the interstate, with smallish rooms but all the expected conveniences there. Well kept up. I think the Marriott or Fairfield brand means somewhat higher standards and consistency of quality, but it also means you get an over controlled TV selection no HBO or Show time, seems to try to push you into pay preview Ice machines and maid service are good for families, but low impact single travelers might do better with the extended stay places.

Location, close to everything anyone would want. Nothing. Highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure. Located just off Washington Rd. (main thoroughfare in Augusta), also easy access to I-20.

Great location. Getting a little aged. I have stayed in this hotel for many years. Great little place. May need to clean up the front desk help a little.

Breakfast bar. Kids running early in the a.m. My overall experience at this hotel was great I had no complaints and would stay here again.
