The room was small and poorly laid out. The bathroom was very cramped. The coffee carafe did not match the coffee maker so it leaked all over and made a big mess.

The owner, who also worked at the front desk, was not a nice person. At all. He was downright rude actually. I would never stay here again at any price.

I was not looking for an up scale motel. I found the front desk to be very friendly, the rooms extremely clean and updated, the breakfast sufficient, and most important for me was that I felt it was in a quiet and safe location. Stores and food within walking distance. Fridge and microwave in room was a nice feature. There was no smoke oder to be found. The use of the computer was helpful in obtainig my e-ticket. Met my needs.

The room cooling/heating unit was rediculous. It could not maintain an appropriate level of comfort. If you turned it off, you'd get a draft from outside because the opening between the wall and unit is not properly insulated. Doors/Walls are paper thin and anyone having a discussion in the hallway can be clearly heard. Service was rediculous, they can't even bring you an extra pillow. Staff was unpleasant and there was someone crying in the lobby the whole time I was there! Appeared to be a family member going through some issues. Hmmm... unprofessional much? Fitness room = Fitness hallway. It's a joke.

This place was easy for me to get to the campus area. My room was small but clean and quiet even though it was near the entrance. The continental breakfast was quite good. This place is not to far from the Como park zoo and botanical conservatory, a place that I have visited previously.

My stay was very comfortable, I loved the room and the friendly staff. The room even had a small refrigerator and a microwave which was very convenient. The bathroom was a bit smaller than what i had expected but besides that everything was wonderful!

The hotel is well maintained and good value. The night shift person was excellent and went out her way to make my stay pleasant by giving tips on travelling, restaurants, etc.
