Convenient location to Amsterdam. Competitive price, clean, neat and heat was either too high or off.

It's location was perfect. No one told us there was no maid service on holidays. Everything was perfect with one exception. When we returned to the motel after our Thanksgiving celebration with our daughter and her family, we discovered that the bed was unmade and the room had not been cleaned. There were no clean towels or washcloths in the bath, but the girl at the front desk was very good about it all and let us get what we needed out of the supply room. We didn't mind the inconvenience in the least but were upset that no one had told us in advance that the maids didn't work on holidays.

Adjoining diner property run down detracting from hotel appearance and invitingness. Helpful and very friendly desk staff, great towels and poorly lit rooms and bath.

First shift staff was very helpful in offering take out restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly. Although, as a woman traveling alone I was seriously bothered by the fact my room key was given out so freely. I would hope in the future, this might occur to them.
