Location. I will not stay here again! This is the most run down, smelly place I have stayed in. I will not stay there again.

i was not happy with this choice of hotel in this city of wichita, ks. i immediately asked the clerk at the desk if i could go to inspect the room that was assigned to me. which he agreed to let me do, simply because i explained to him the bad experiences i have had in the past with unsantitized rooms as well as dirty soiled bed linen. surely, to no avail i was correct the bed linen had blood stains on the comforter, and the blanket was nasty, the bed pillows had stains on the pillowcases, i then asked for another room before i would commit to even staying there for my trip. i truly do not recommend super 8 staying on your roster as a possible options for choices of hotels within this city of wichita. before i reserve another room thru your service i would very much ask to speak to a live person to find out who the owners are of certain hotel chains before i go through this situation again with your service. i really would like your feedback on this situation and intercount that i had to endure for my travel arrangements that were made for August 18 -20, 2008.

the room was mostly clean, the towels seemed dirty. there was no kleenex in the room. the bathroom seemed like it needed some maintenance on the walls and floorboards

I hated everything about this hotel. Horrible breakfast, very dirty, did not have internet service, furniture in room was poor, and carpet s was disgustingly dirty. This hotel does not even deserve a 1 Star rating! It was very dirty. Carpets through out the hotel were dirty. Room was very dirty. The bathroom had molded everywhere. There was dust all over the furniture. It was one of the worst continental breakfasts I have seen. Even the breakfast room was dirty with mud all over the floor. I will never stay at this location again! This hotel is way overpriced!

The room was clean, had micro, fridge, iron, hair dryer, free breakfast and airport shuttle,also was reasonably priced, so it was good for just a place to sleep at night. The only drawback for some may be that there is no pool, and it gets pretty warm in Wichita in the summer.

I would not recommend this Motel. The room reaked with a stench of I don't know what. The Sink area was boarded up with ugly offensive unfinished plywood. The floors where filthy, torn and old. The bathroom tiles were all broken. The bed was anything but comfortable. The provided clock did not work and neither did half of the electrical outlets. The whole room looked like something you would find in the Harlem or Slum area of town to house prostitutes instead of close to the airport. For being a 2-3 star motel, I expected a lot more than a demolished room. Even their continental breakfast was a poor excuse for breakfast. Even the outside of the motel was run down and looked extremely UNSAFE. It really doesn't deserve 1 star.

The price and location were very good. There was a terrible lack of preparedness on the part of the staff. (More below). At around 10:30pm the first night, I flipped on the main light switch in the room. When I did, a flash occurred behind the switch plate, and a bit of smoke came from behind the plate. When I reported it to the man at the front desk, I got nowhere. I requested another room, and was told there were none available. So I requested a screwdriver, went back to my room and removed the switch plate, discovering a pinched wire from the nightlight. I took a picture of it, showed it to the man at the front desk, and received no more of a response than before. So I requested a roll of electrical tape, with which he supplied me, and repaired the switch myself. Just in case it is, I will not be staying there again if I can keep from it. Also, I will be informing the super 8 corporation of the matter (simply for safety).

I stayed as part of Travelocity flight/hotel deal, so room was very cheap. Free Internet. Great location. Quiet, clean. Comparable or better than other budget motels.

The Super 8 Motel Wichita / airport is in very desperate need of substantial renovations...ie shower fixtures & the tub were worn/old looking;hvac unit very noisy. On the other hand, the staff tried very hard to be accommodating.

Close to the airport. Access to the property somewhat confusing. Over all it was good. However I booked there two weeks earlier and my flight did not get me to town. I then called and asked if I could use that reservation for the 22 of may. They said no. I was already billed and charged and they could not honor my cancellation.

The staff were not very friendly, especially in the morning, and the breakfast wasn't worth bothering with.

The Super 8 was very clean, the staff was accomodating and very nice. The location was VERY convenient to airport and businesses. The Breakfast was standard continental. Good dining and shopping within walking distance. Would stay there again.

Cheap. The cold water faucet in the bathtub did not work. I wash my children's hair in the sink! This hotel was inexpensive, and it showed. We could not take baths or showers because the cold water faucet did not work in our room. I had to wipe down my children with a washcloth and was their hair in the sink! I told the front desk clerk, and they did not do anything about it. No offer for a refund or anything. I will never stay at another Super 8 again.

As a quick overnite motel, it is OK. I guess you get exactly what you pay for. The sink was in the bedroom as there was none in the bathroom. The Microwavea and frig sat ontop of one another on a chair.

It had a good heater. The extras were crowded into room on unstable stands. Typical foreign run motel. No one in office when I tried to check out. I have never been billed fully a month before stay, with a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Beds were comfy. Old, needs to be updated. We were in Wichita to get engaged and we had a wonderful night, but the hotel was just so-so.
