Wow!...first time in a Super 8...very nice discount hotel. I usually stay in 4 or 5 star hotels but after being part of a corporate downsize, I had to look for value and value I found at Super 8. Very clean large rooms, with microwave, fridge, and best of all a very, very comfortable bed (simmons commercial grade beautyrest).....more comfortable than my bed at home. The Breakfast is pretty basic and standard but ok for a complimentary breakfast. Includes: cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee(liquid) and pretty good waffles (made to order) All in all this is a great value and we will look for Super 8's in our future travel plans.

i was there between two planes, from 7am till 5pm. I had breakfast, slept, took a swim in the pool and got ready for my afternoon plane. Luckily my room was ready early.

Front desk staff was truly excellent. Sloppy maid service and poor quality infrastructure.

I was pleased with the room and the service provided upon my arrival.

I stayed here for a night before traveling to Yellowstone. Staff was pleasant but amenities are lacking. Rooms look pretty old as well.

The room was beyond my expectations. Washcloths had not been replaced. For the purpose of a business trip I found the amenities with the room to surpass my expectations. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space for work at a nice desk. I did not feel cramped.

We stayed one night and then needed to leave our car while we flew to another destination. The hotel staff was so nice. They said their policy is to allow customers to leave cars for two weeks, but I said we needed to leave it for 16 days. They immediately said that would be no problem. The hotel shuttle driver was very nice, and he drove us right to our car and helped unload our luggage when we returned from our trip. The hotel is fairly basic, but they have really pretty pool, lobby, and breakfast areas. I've stayed at this hotel two other times as well. If you're flying from SLC Intl Airport, this hotel is extremely convenient. WILL stay again!!

Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Good choice if you have to spend a night near the airport and don't require luxury amenitites.

This hotel was filthy and smelled terrible. Disgusting. I wouldnever stay at this hotel again. I was afraid to walk on the carpet and wouldn't let my kids touch the blankets. The entire placereeked of bad smell, it was absolutely the worst place I have stayed in a long time.

A good choice for SLC airport users. We stayed two nights on arrival and one on departure. Both good. The only complaint was slow shuttle service on both ends. That service is provided by an independent contractor, paid for by Super 8.

I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. This time the staff were hard to locate at breakfast and check-out. When found, they seemed uncaring. Breakfast items needed to be replenished (milk for cereal, etc.) and we had to go looking for someone to help. Tables had syrup and trash on them, and no one was there to clean up. The bath towels were definitely thin, small and unsatisfactory. We also had trouble with noise, and had to call the front desk. The person on duty acted indifferent. I had to suggest she call the offending room and ask them to be quiet.

The location and comfort. Can't think of anything. We like to stay near the airport when we have an early flight. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport as well as free parking.

Upon looking at the reviews posted here, my family chose to stay at the Super 8 Motel on August 25th. We were traveling to Lake Tahoe Nevada for me to have treatment for Fibromyalgia. We parked at a side entrance door that was the closest to the room they gave us. When we got up early the next morning my husband walked outside to discover everything in our SUV was gone. It was packed to the hilt as I was to stay in NV for 2 months. When we told the hotel desk what had happened they showed very little concern, they have a stack of sheets available at the desk to fill out the report for the Salt Lake City Police (which should tell you this happens here quite often!) Also there was a man roaming the parking lot just in front of where we parked. He said he had dropped his wallet in the parking lot and it had been stolen. He kept pacing around with a cellphone, which we found to be quite odd. As it turns out it was. We talked to the police and no one ever reported a wallet stolen! This man was in on robbing our SUV. Blatantly still roaming the parking lot, gloating I am sure. If Super 8 knows it has this kind of problem get SECURITY CAMERAS INSTALLED. MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS SAFE!!! Hotels rooms are too expensive for this kind of crap. DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS NOT SAFE!!!!!!!!

I chose this particular hotel because it had shuttle service to the airport and an indoor pool. The hotel is near the airport but there are only 2 restaurants and one convenience store close by. Check-in went smoothly and I discussed the need for the shuttle early the next morning. The desk failed to explain that the shuttle was a third party and a voucher was necessary to ride it. The key cards worked sometimes and needed to be re-keyed several times before the night was over. Because of a failure to enter us into the hotel computer, we had another guest of the hotel unlock our door and startle us after we had gone to bed. The pool and hot tub were great and my kids enjoyed their stay. We arose early to catch the shuttle only to discover that we didn't have a voucher to ride. This caused a major panic and we had to drive ourselves, park and race to the terminal to get my kids on the plane on time. I was not happy. I think that the hotel should make sure people understand how the shuttle works. The hotel did discount the cost of our stay and apologized for the inconvenience. I have only stayed here once, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just one of those days.

Free continental breakfast was awesome for a continental breakfast. In good shape, clean, comfortable, no malodors, quiet area, great for business and leisure travel if you don't require frills.

This is the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed in. Do follow the directions to get there, the roads are a bit confusing to get to the motel. The Perkins Restaurant across the street has superb food. The Motel was friendly and I saw a large pool by the main entrance. The doors have security locks so security was good. The area around the Motel is a business area, so parking is secure. The room was clean and had a coffee pot. They have high speed internet, so bring a cable. And boy is it FAST. Don't rely on wireless. It is back away from I-80 so highway noice is only heard if you open the window. I have a comfortable sleep and it was very quiet. A very enjoyable stay.

It is great location near the airport. The hotel was what I was looking for on a short trip to Salt Lake City. It was clean, price was moderate and the staff was good. I would stay again.
