The clock/alarm did not work, but they accomadated with a wake up call. Small room, clean, I checked in, departed for a while then came back to sleep. The morning complimentary breakfast was super, cereal, milk, coffee, juice and english muffin, VERY good.

Fortunately, we had GPS to get there - no signage on the street at all. Musty. It was actually hot in Sacramento that night, and the AC did not work. We asked about nearby restaurants - there was only one. He did not tell us about the historic area that was only a five minute drive. We found it using a book.

Front desk clerk was unaware of this type of voucher, but after a minute or two reading the printout and checking on the computer, all was well. Comfortable beds and hot showers, with about a 15 minute drive in medium traffic to the airport made this a good place to stay.

One HUGE reason I shall NOT be returning there is that the cleaning person who tended to our room after we left took my hanging make-up bag that was in the bathroom. Upon realizing that I had left it in my rush to make a 6:30 am flight, I called to ask them to send it to my home address. The standard answer was that nothing was left in that room. I called three times so they'd have time to talk with the maid who had cleaned room 210. After the third call, in frustration I told them that the cleaning maid must have needed my cosmetics more than I did and hung up. It was a large expense to replace them and it saddened me that the maid was dishonest and that the management would not look into the matter further. When we initially got into town, we couldn't find the motel (we were confusing Business 80 and I-80). We called the motel for directions and they were unable to give them WHAT????

This hotel used to be a Microtel. Fairly new and clean but.... The noise from the freeway was terrible all night. Heard doors close all around us - in otherwords not a very soundproof place. The continental breakfast was some prepackaged pastries. The coffee was undrinkable.

Great check in and out service. Friendly and helpful staff.

Close to airport and quiet. Small TV made noise vibration. Cheap and good proximity to airport.

Room had no alarm clock. went to desk for clock, it didn't work, went again for another, it didn't work either. Asked for 4:30 wake up call, didn't get. Coffe maker had no pot, went to desk for pot, it didn't fit. Had to put cup under maker and use car key to press button for coffee.

Friendly staff, free wi-fi, cheap. Very noisy, thin walls, AC didn't work very well.

Its a 10 mile hard to follow journey to the airport from this hotel.

Room was attractive and neat, and near airport. Breakfast had poor selection. This hotel appeared attractive and clean with good parking. It is located a short distance from the Sacramento airport. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The window opened to let in fresh air! A limited continental breakfast is served.

easy access from freeway, close to airport (within 10 min, no-frills but completely adequate for a very short stay (evening to early morning)

Convenience to airport. Noise from next room prevented restful sleep to wake for an early am flight departure. Hotel management did not resolve the reported noise disturbance caused by children in next room that persisted after 2 complaints.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
the room was small but very clean, everything worked perfectly and it was an easy transition from a late night flight to sleep.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Close to the freeway. TV was badly positioned as were the choice of channels. Much like a motel 6, but in a nicer area. Coffee was available in the room and also a TV which was unfortunately badly positioned. Lacked a decent channel selection also. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would consider stay in the hotel again.

Super 8 Motel room was larger then I would have imagined. The air conditioning worked great. The location was convienent, right off the expressway. For my needs, it suited just fine.

Cleanliness and appearance. Equipment in room did not function properly. When I tried to take a shower in the morning before my am flight there was no hot water. I was very upset.
Date of Stay:

The stay at this hotel was good except there were too many banging doors during the night. The hotel and staff were great but got no sleep because of banging doors. Will not stay at this hotel again but could stay at another Super 8.

Nothing. First room was not cleaned yet. Second room had plugged up sink. Third room called "suite" was just bigger. As explained, the hotel was a poor example of what a modern hotel should be. Was old and outdated and had terrible cleaning and maintenance problems.
Date of Stay:
April, 2007
I booked this hotel for its airport shuttle service as I arrived at 9pm & was leaving again on a 7am flight the next am...THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE TO OR FROM THE AIRPORT. IT COST ME $50 FOR A RT TAXI TO GET BACK & FORTH!!!!
