My experience with the Super 8 Motel Oklahoma Airport Fairgrounds West was a nice Motel to stay in while in OKC. My room was nice and comfortable. Next year this Motel Would be my first choice when I return to OKC.

Good room, close to what we wanted to do. The hotel didn't clean the room or give us fresh towels. This hotel was a decent in a decent location, and the beds though not as comfortable as home, were not board stiff either. Which is a plus. Would very likely stay there again.

we chose this hotel because we wanted a reasonably priced hotel on the west side of oklahoma city to make it easy to get on I-40 west to leave in the morning. The only good thing I can say is that it was easy to get on the interstate. First off, the room did not have a no smoking sign on the door and when we went in, it smelled terrible. When I told the clerk we would like another room that was nonsmoking, he said he did not have one. He also said that all of the rooms smelled like that. My wife and I decided to go to a nearby walmart and get some air freshener. That was at 1130 pm. We had my 17 year old daughter and 11 year old son go to the room. At the room door, a hispanic man harassed my daughter. After she got in the room, he further harassed her on the phone. This is the second time I have stayed in this area of Oklahoma city and I would not do it again.

I cost as much as hotels that have a pool and jacuzzi. I had neither. There was construction out front which made it hard to get in to. The room keys didn't work when we left and came back. We had to run in the rain to get new ones. It only worked as a place to sleep and wash up.

It was was very clean and convenient to the airport. Great for a business traveler. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for an overnight stay in order to catch an early flight at the nearby airport. It suited our needs perfectly.

Location. Shower did not work properly--only hot water. The room was Spartan, but did provide coffee pot and hair dryer. Forget the "continental breakfast" advertised--its stale granola bars and a pot of coffee in the miniscule lobby. Room is adequate if you plan to just sleep there and spend most of your time elsewhere. Tip the maids and the room is cleaner!

Location to the Sate fair grounds. We had to keep having the key reset. We arrived a day early so we rented a king suite for the first night. It was not as nice as the regular king room.

It was in a great location for where I needed to be. The smoke smell in the room made me sick. Good price and location for where I needed to be. However, the "smoking" room reeked so heavy of smoke, I was unable to breathe. I went to the front desk and got some "oust" air freshener, but I still got sick. They need non smoking rooms.

Good internet connection and bed setting. Staffs are not friendly and not ready to help guests. Hotel only good for tourist but not for business.

Nothing. Room smelled strongly of mold. No other room available. This is a great hotel for those who like to sleep on broken down mattresses in damp, moldy rooms. If I hadn't come in late with no alternatives, I would have refused to stay in this horrible room.

Wireless internet even though it was a pain to sign into. It was very dirty. I had to go to Wal-Mart to get cleaning supplies. The room smelled awful. It was very dirty. I had to go to Wal-Mart to get stuff to make the room where I would actually stay there.

It was OK for the star rating. I ordered 2 1/2 star and this was not it! Poor TV, very small unit, No breakfast, Loud bathrooms and water from each unit can be heard loudly.
Date of Stay:

Nothing. It's the worst one we've ever encountered.

Conveniently located, easy access. There was no iron for clothes but 1 star, what can you expect? I had no problem with the hotel. I liked its location and the proximity of restaurants and shopping centers. Not to mention the price! I have no complaints at all.

Clean room. Rude inflexibility of desk clerk on telephone. Hard to get to. Rooms okay. King bed is good.

Good location. Needed handicap room--it was not provided, needs to be listed on site. Need to recommend smoking/non, handicapped available rooms prior to paying for room. Very difficult to get into the bathroom with a walker.

Convenient location, close to restaurants & shopping. The check-in clerk, in front of a male customer not with me, verbally announced my room number. Good location, near restaurants and shopping. Was quiet, very little traffic noise.

the front desk staff was very friendly Horrible Horrible Bed, very uncomfortable room! The hotel front desk staff was very very friendly but the housekeeping staff was extremely rude. The room was far below my expectations, even for a one star hotel, it didn't even warrant that.
Date of Stay:
February, 2005
Not much. We have had much better hotels The room was a smoking room. Our clothes smelled the entire next day. We washed everything when we got home . It was a smoking room. The TV was broken along with the remote. The room stunk and was not very clean. Bathroom was nasty. Would not even think about taking a bath in it. Would not suggest anyone ever renting a smoking room. All of our clothes and suitcases reaked when we arrived home an entire day later, from that one night. Sorry was not impressed!
