Just a nice clean motel with a friendly staff at a decent price in a great location to shop travel etc.

Rooms facing away from street were very quiet. Vending and ice machines on 1st floor only. Staff was very friendly and recommended places to eat in the area.

We were not that happy with our stay at this motel. When we arrived, the front desk person could not find our reservation, and we thought seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. The room itself seemed fine, although a little shabby around the edges - but not bad really. A big problem was that we could easily hear the people in the next room who stayed up most of the night making loud noises, and also the road noise kept me awake as well. I probably would not book in at this motel again.

Close to airport. No closet and lobby chairs somewhat worn. This was just an OK place to sleep before an early airline trip. Pillows were kind of flat - didn't like them.

Checking in at midnight was like reporting to a penitentiary for incarceration. Singularly unfriendly desk staff (checkout in the morning was better.) The room smells of carpet that is long past it's useful life, and the air conditioner emits an odor like the meat department in a third world supermarket. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is a cause for despair - fortunately there is an ok diner across the street.

Price, location. Rooms still smell stale. After a horrible experience with this motel a couple of years ago, we decided to give it another chance because of its location near the airport and low price. Thankfully, it is much improved. We left something in our room, and they kindly brought it to the airport via shuttle! We value this extra service!

Our room was spacious enough, however heater was very noisy and we had trouble sleeping because of it. Also tv remote is a cheap universal remote which can only turn on power, vloume, and scroll channel up or down. You cannot enter channel you want manually. Channels are limited.

Comfortable bed, decent bathroom, great location. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke, I think the housekeeper was a chain smoker. I would stay here again, just bring a bottle of air freshener. The fabrics didn't smell of smoke, but the air sure did. The breakfast is pretty weak, but overall, a good experience.

The location is gret, very close to airport, the price was great. Room was clean and well appointed. Only problem was the towels where very small and very thin.

Check in was good, personnel friendly, room was clean and served the purpose. Needs some updating, paint, carpet. For my purpose, getting to the airport, this hotel met my expectation. The check in was friendly, room was clean, beds fairly comfortable. Excellent location to airport. Would not probably stay there for longer term, but for short term, it was perfect.

I liked the little breakfast room and snacks across from the front desk. It smelled like someone was smoking weed in the hallway an elevator. I was pleased with our stay overall. Staff was nice a polite. I think for us a shuttle to the Verizen Center would have been great for the concert. Parking at the concert was terrible and a shuttle would have been a great accept to the customers at the hotel going there.

The room was ok but the heater did not work well and in the morning there was hardly any hot water for the shower. The front desk seemed to know about it when we brought it up at check out they could have told us it might be an issue and we could have showered the night before when there would be less demand. Close to the airport thought which was nice.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast selection was very limited. For the price, this was an excellent hotel. It is close to the airport yet quiet. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. There is a convenient and good quality diner just across the street.

Hotel is a short ways from the airport. Were picked up in just a few minutes. Rooms were comfortable. A good continental breakfast is served. Staff are friendly.

Very clean, nice staff, exceeded expectations by a lot. Not located next to any stores. But that's the Manchester area I suppose. This hotel is on par with a holiday inn. Very nice staff, clean room, good cable TV, and complimentary continental breakfast.

The room was neat and clean but had a very stale smell. It was hot outside and the air was not on in the room so could have been just that. Overall, very good location to airport, good price and good continental breakfast. No problems and would stay there again.

The location was close to the race track in Loudon and that is why we used it. It was clean and served its purpose as a place to sleep. The front desk staff was short with me and my husband. They did not offer much information as far as the amenities of the hotel, we had to ask. The hotel was clean and provided a decent room for my husband and I after a long day at the race track in Loudon. We got there at 730p and left at 1030a. It served is purpose as a place to sleep. Located right in the middle of Manchester so we did not have to travel very far to eat dinner and not far from the highway so when we got off the exit it was right there.

Loved the Jacuzzi. It was unpleasant getting a call before 8 am asking if we had the Jacuzzi running. They had a very pleasant staff. Very helpful. Did not like getting woken up to ask about our Jacuzzi. They had a small breakfast room set up, which consists of juice, coffee, cereal, muffins and bananas. Would have preferred to have a little fridge and microwave in the room and a table, but didn't. Probably, won't be back.
