Location. Hotel was doing remodeling. Very noisy and halls messy. The staff at check-in was very inattentive. Dealt with customers on phone first and was rude to them. Lock on back door did not work so you had to walk around building and all the way down hall to get back to room. Hotel under remodeling, strong paint odor throughout. Remodeling began early in morning did not allow for people to sleep in. Internet access was very questionable.

This was our 2nd stay and we are staying again this fall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled clean. The rooms are a little old, but very manageable. The pool was tested very day but it could have used vacuuming. Definitely worth the .

Clean, quiet hotel. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable. Decent hotel, about what I would expect for that level. It was clean and was also quieter than I would have expected (not much hall noise). The HVAC system was also smooth and quiet which makes it easier to sleep. The beds were not very comfortable - mattresses could have been a little less firm.

Location. Lack of security. I have stayed at this hotel before but will not again. It's in a great location but the non secured outside door opening and closing in the early hours doesn't make me feel very comfortable whether or not my door is locked in all available ways.

The staff was very friendly, lobby was clean and up to date. If you need to stay in Aiken this is a nice place. It is near the mall and convenient to the center of town. The hotel was up to date, clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean, reasonably priced and they had a computer to check e-mails in the lobby. Hallway exit smelled of cigarette smoke and breakfast never changed. Good hotel with good helpful staff. Good value for the money.
