Friendliness of staff. Residual smoke odor throughout the hotel. Being from Illinois where we have a law prohibiting smoking in public places, I had forgotten how the smoke permeated the non-smoking rooms.

Their counter help was exceptional. Comfortable with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Near highways. People went out of their way to be helpful.

Good price. Breakfast and dining. Best with the money. Personnel were very nice and accommodating.

Easy to find, close to food and shopping. Could hear other patrons in room above. I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and roomy. It was freezing when we checked in. They could have turned the heater on. Knowing we were going to be there that evening and that it was about 10 degrees outside, the management could have had the room warmed up for us. Other than that, the hotel room was clean, comfy and very nice for the price.

It was very close to our destination. No ice or vending on the 2nd floor. It was worth the money we paid for it but I would not have paid more to stay there. It had many stores and gas stations right near. It was only about 10 miles from our destination is Blissfield for our dinner train ride so that was nice.

Convenient location and clean. Very noisy early in the morning. Not conducive to a restful stay. The hotel was very nice except that it was very noisy in the morning. Not a great place to relax.

The staff was great and the place was quite clean. The room was very hot upon check in and took hours to cool down. I found this Super 8 to be excellent for my money. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and did a great job at keeping the place quiet, even though there was an entire high school baseball team staying there. The room was pretty hot when we checked in- but that was to be expected on a 90 degree day. I would suggest this hotel to anyone in the area.
