[...] was so kind and friendly. She recommended places to eat. She was so smart, professional, nice, laid back and personable. It was like we were staying at [...] house rather than a cold hotel. She made our family's stay at this hotel so pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel - no matter how far out we would have to drive to get to our destination! I wish more hotels had people like her working for them. My trips would be much more pleasant.
