The hotel was in poor shape. VERY poor shape. Many things in the room were broken and needed attention. There was mold growing under the caulking. There was a fight between some clients and someone whom I believe was an employee in the lobby at 1 am. We could hear it in our room.

Location. Infestation of ants. I do not like to say it, but I would not recommend this hotel. There was an infestation of ants on the desk and floor. I was bitten on the face, stomach and legs; so there were either ants or bed bugs in the bed as well.

Was forced to stay here due to delayed overnight flight connection. I can think of nothing positive to say about this place. It was horrible, horrible. I would say do not stay here, you'd be better off sleeping in your car. Room was disgusting, as was the bathroom, neither looked liked they had been cleaned in months, stains on linens - looked like blood. Trash bins were full of previous occupents fast food remains. Bathroom was disgusting, dirty & mold. Didn't want to take shoes or clothes off. Staff I met were unpleasant & rude, & would not let me switch to another room, as was the manager at check out, when I tried to voice my opinion's as the the horrible state of the room. Best part was leaving!!

considering i was in town for two days and spent no real time at the hotel, this was perfect. everyone was friendly and helpful. the hotel was clean and in good repair. a pool would be a nice touch, but i probably would not have had time to swim. the hotel was easy to find and is close to the airport and blocks away from a marta (local public transportation) stop. i felt safe and comfortable.

The Super 8 near Hartsfield Airport is a good value, indeed. The only problem we had was during our second day of our stay when housekeeping didn't leave us towels and wash cloths. For some reason, our key cards also had to be reprogrammed for us to get back into our room. Still, I would recommend this hotel. Its staff was courteous and the continental breakfast nice. Also they had a terminal for email retrieval and free wireless Internet access.

Shuttle and the morning staff were nice. TV channels did not match the schedule, the bed was not the most comfortable, it sank in the middle and the lights did not work. Only one lamp worked. I have no regrets that I stayed there being I got this place on line. You get what you pay for when unseen by the eye.

Quite simply this was the worst place I've ever stayed at. Room was beyond dirty, stained carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. Sheets on bed were stained, torn & had holes in them. Cover also looked like it had never been cleaned, stained & smelly. Non smoking room - yeah right, reaked of cigarettes, cigarette burns on bed cover, carpet & furniture. Bathroom was in a similar disgusting state, dirty, mildew on wall & bath/shower surround. Every employee I encounted, manager, front desk & shuttle driver were dreadfully rude, inconsiderate & unhelpful, not only to me but saw others being treated as bad & often worse. Shuttle driver refused to help with luggage, Manager also refused to help with luggage. Front Desk preferred to make their own personal phone calls instead of checking people in or out. As I said at the beginning this place is the worst I've ever encountered - will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone, disgusting & avoidable at all costs.

The stay at this hotel was okay. It was in a wierd location, it was hard to find places to eat. The only resturant that was in walking distance was Ruby Tuesday. If the airport shuttle driver didn't tell me where to go for more food options, I would have starved. The hotel clerk in the p.m. was not quite pleased when I asked her questions--her attitude was awful. Even though we had a double bed room, it was small and clustered. We actually had to switch rooms within 30 mins. of our visit because the first room didnt have a microwave or refridge. and it had an odor. The second room was better.

The hotel was being remodeled. Things were busy, but the price made this acceptable.

Shuttle bus drivers were rude & extremely unhelpful, refused to help people with their luggage, as well as complaining about the passengers. Front desk personel were more interested in making personal phone calls & doing their own thing, instead of taking care of their customers & getting them booked into their rooms. Room was dirty & had really bad smell, a/c did not work, bed linens were dirty & torn, no refridgerator (was told there would be one in my room), carpet badly stained. Bathroom dirty. No security & the front desk personel shouted out your personal info & room details for everyone to hear. Manager in morning was just as rude & made it quite clear he couldn't careless as to what the customers thought, if we don't like it too bad. Will never stay here again or recommed it to anyone.

My fiance and I are travelling with his company. We stayed at this hotel for aproximately a month. They worked with us to make it affordable and lowered the price of the room. The room is excellent. It looks great and new. Complete with a wonderful king size bed. Several days into our stay, they called us to make sure everything was going okay. They provided us with a fridge and microwave free of charge. They even let us use their laundry facilities due to the length of our stay. This hotel is a great hotel that really works for their guests.

I enjoyed the hotel and room as well. The staff were all very pleasant and very helpful. The room was just the right size for a mother and child traveling alone. The location was very good it only took me about 10 minutes to get to the Airport and about 5 minutes to a local strip with food and shops. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The Super 8 in College Park was ok until the last day. When I got back from my conference I did not get fresh bath towels. And the morning I left I found a cockroach, fairly large sized one at that, dying on the floor. Also the door was very hard to open and close when coming or leaving the room.

I had a short time in Hot Atlanta and was not trying to spend a fortune. This hotel allowed me to do this without compromising quality. . .the free breakfast was the bomb too. Even though fitness room had only one treadmill and a chest press I was able to get up early that morning and have a 3 mile run. had the air conditioning in the fitness room worked. I would have had no complaints.

What I was told over the phone & what I experienced were completely different. Yes there is a shuttle from airport was told over phone it runs every 10 minutes, however once at hotel saw they had posted departures in the lobby apx once an hour! Shuttle drivers both ways were rude to customers & wouldn't help with bags. As a woman travelling on her own, asked if it would be safe to stay there, was told over phone there would be no problems, perfectly safe. However after being ignored by the man at the check in desk (he was too busy with his personal phone calls) & was told I had to wait for him to finish his phone call's. After waiting 10 minutes he finally decided to check me into my room, by now the lobby had filled with several men, the man at desk repeatedly shouts my room info & the fact that I'm alone for all to here!! Once I finally get to my room there is no fridge - I had phoned to ask if there would be one & was told all rooms had them (they don't). The room was dirty, sheets on bed stained with what looked like blood, had holes in them, very threadbare. Alarm clock did not work. Bathroom dirty, again towels threadbare & stained. Non smoking room reaked of cigarettte's. Due to work & flight schedules I'll be overnighting in Atlanta several times & will avoid this place at all costs on my future trips. I was disgusted by the complete indifference & rudeness shown by the staff & a manager who didn't care how badly they treated their customers. Their customers were/are obviously a total inconvenience for them.
