The park is situated on 3,500 acres and features the Lost Pines of Texas, from which parts of the state capitol building were built. For more hiking trails, playgrounds, and picnic fun, there is Buescher State Park only 15 miles away. The Best Western Inn of the Pines extends a warm Texas welcome to all guests!
