My stay was short and sweet. Everyone was most courteous making sure that I was comfortable. The a.m. group was especially helpful in helping me get to the airport on time.

The pool and exercise facilities were open 24hrs. The hotel was of good value. The room was clean (unless you looked closely in the corners). The furnishings were attractive and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat and the towels were thin and rough.

We Stayed here in march of 2009 using the park and fly program for spokane airport. Our rate was cheaper than any other place and the room was way nicer than other places like the econolodge and travelodge that are in the same price range. The room was very basic, but clean, fairly modern and good. We used the free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was free and good. the owner was personable and friendly. They seemed to be upgrading a room to soon be used as a gym, as some of the equipment was already in it. There was a pool and hot tub. About 10 minutes from the airport. I also used the free internet in the lobby. All in all a nice experience. Will use this hotel for park and fly from now on. Pool was in a glass enclosed room, so the room itself was a little chilly due to winter temps outside, but pool itself felt fairly warm.

A little off the beaten path, but worth a look. Staff is GREAT and rooms are clean. Furnishings could be newer, but a nice place regardless. The Breakfast was appreciated, as well!

The hotel was located totally away from any amenities and having no car I had to eat dinner from the vending machine. Luckily there were microwaveable hot pockets to select from. I chose the hotel for the free shuttle to the airport and the desk clerk made sure I left right on time on the 5 am shuttle for a 6:13 flight. I had turned in my rental car the evening before and used the shuttle to get to and from airport. Drivers were very friendly and efficient: staff was best part of this otherwise very basic hotel. Morning desk manager was memorably kind, cheerful and helpful. He was so concerned about my shuttle leaving on time and continued to monitor my time out the door. I Suggest anyone staying at this hotel to eat first at airport before departing for hotel. Room was very basic and spartan: worst problem was that curtains would not close completely. More attention should be paid to broken tables in ends of hallway. Towels were very small and probably the roughest I have ever received at a hotel. Overall a Typical Super 8: I got what I expected. I needed the 5 a.m. shuttle and that was provided as promised. Great hotel for the ecomony minded traveler, but bring food.

The staff was very friendly. Walls were paper thin and beds not that comfortable. Walls were so thinI could hear all that was going on around me, my neighbors were taking several showers after 9:00 at night and that was louder than if some had showerd in my own room then they were up early and again could hear it all!

I have stayed at this motel many times, and have never had a bad experience (...okay, maybe once with a grumpy shuttle driver, but it WAS six in the morning!) My most recent stay (one week ago) was great; the front desk clerk was very friendly and caring and brought extra pillows within two minutes of my request. Yes, the beds are a bit hard, and it isn't NEXT to the airport, but for the price it suits my needs just fine, especially since I'm usually there for one night to catch a plane early the next morning. Personally, I don't have to have all-out luxury for a 12-hour stay (eight of which are spent asleep!) Note: they do charge $15.00 if you want to leave your vehicle on the premises. Better than $6.00 a day at the airport...

We arrived late & they did hold our rooms. On our floor ( 2nd floor ) smelled like smoke, horrible! The room was filthy! Walls were dirty, the air / heater unit was covered with thick gross stuff - probably from not being cleaned ever. Hotel staff were to busy downstairs watching a game on the TV to care to assist with the problems. WOULDNT recommend. So, price is low, but the rooms reflect why this hotel that could be genuine and nice, is why they charge a low price."

Hotel is out of the way and very hard to find. Side entrance door was broken so it was always unlocked, not a very safe feeling. The hallways had a bad odor and the room was not very clean, the sheets were dirty. Not a lot going for this hotel. Would not recommend it.

The price was reasonable and the friendly service. Beds didn't have form fitting sheets and came off each night(stayed 4). All doors closed forcefully and would jolt me awake each night.

The Super 8 is everything it's supposed to be for the traveler on a budget. Big plus is shuttle service to the Spokane airport, only 15 minutes away, with free parking at the hotel. Spokane's only other option for this service is decrepit by comparison. Next time I fly from Spoakne it will be the Super 8 for me.

I looked the waffles for breakfast. The beds were way too hard. The room was way to small you could hardly move around I felt claustrophobic. They had just refilled the pool so it was way to cold to use which they never stated when I made the reservation. There were no choices as far as restaurants or even stored near by we had to drive about 20 miles away.

Clean, inexpensive, good complimentary breakfast. Bed fine. Friendly staff. I had expected it would be with the other motels that are closer to the airport, so I was surprised that it was a ways beyond. Suggest you request directions.

Nice staff, they tried to please. Smoke like you would encounter in a redneck bar. Good location, friendly helpful staff and airport shuttle folks but they must have been hosting a smokers convention. Air in upper hallways was blue, it was hard to breathe. Once in the room, it was ok. I don't know how they accomplished this feat. Air outside the door was unbreathable.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the 24 hour pool and hot tub. This is a clean well-run establishment. I would recommend it to others.

The rooms are nice with parking outside room door on the bottom floor. They allow dogs and the maids keep room clean. One of the male desk clerks was not as friendly as he could have been. The hotel was inexpensive and good to sleep at. Cleanliness was a plus with parking outside of room for the handicapped.

The swimming pool was small but wonderfully warm and inviting. Towels were provided and the pool is open 24 hours! A plus! Room was a little shabby and the cleaning was not up to standard. A paint job and floor corner cleaning is in order. Hard to find,but can't figure out how to get to it. We had a pet room and it was a little shabby - which is normal for most pet rooms in an economy hotel. We felt it was kind of normal - nothing great but nothing that bad either.
