These people at this hotel are absolutely rude and discourteous at BEST. Not to mention, the house keepers do a very poor job of cleaning the rooms because my sheets were not clean and bath towels had blond hair clinked in the towels. And I am african american so i can assure you that they weren't mine. There were also gnats and 3 dead roaches behind the nightstand. The bed felt like i was sleeping on pure springs and like it had been purchased at a 1985 motel auction. The shower heads have no HEADS whatsoever and just sprays out continuous water and the water would ONLY stay hot for 5 minutes. Please dont waste your money on this establishment because rest assured, you will be very disappointed. Not only is it downright filthy the people who work their,especially a gentlemen by the name of Sam, treat you as if THEY are doing THE favor for you patronizing their business when its actually the other way around. Their customer service is downright provisional & discourteous.

The Super 7 Inn has a good location for touring Graceland. The room was very small. The price was good and the outdoor swimming pool was fine. While the location was good for Graceland it did have it's draw backs as it appears to be in a depressed neighborhood.

Bathroom was very clean; landscaping was immaculate. Bulletproof glass @ lobby window; razor wire on perimeter of property. For absolute cheapest rate, it was fine. Location was questionable, but we actually had no trouble. Still, I probably wouldn't recommend it based on location.

I have been staying here (off and on) for awhile now. So far, I have no problem. The location is good for me. It is only five minutes from where I need to go.

While the room was fairly clean it was very small. The location was bad since every night you could hear planes flying over. It seemed like every 20 minutes there was another loud plane noise between 3:00 and 6:00 a.m. It also seemed like a seedy part of the city.

This is not my first stay at the Super 7. It is close to Graceland. It is a good value for the money everytime I stay. My experience at the Super 7 was good, as usual!!

It was close to places where we wantedto go. No refrigerator, microwaveandcoffee maker. This hotel is mostly for truckers.

This could be a good hotel for the money. It is in a good location but the problem is the service. I was in the room for 3 days before it was cleaned and it was already dirty. This was not the maidservice fault, this was definately a managment problem. They knew that about all the rooms were booked, but yet they had 2 girls to clean almost 200 rooms. There was no way they could have gotten to all those rooms in one day. Every time I made a complaint, nothing was done to fix it, I was only told I would have to wait until the manager or owner to come in. Nothing was ever fixed! I had ants all over the sink, they did nothing. My father's room had the smoke detector laying on the table when we checked in, and was still there when we checked out. They were immediately made aware of this, and nothing was done to fix it. I even asked about getting different rooms, again I got the same answer, I would have to wait until a manager or owner came in. I left several notes for the manager or owner at the front desk, but I never heard from them. After checking out I was assured that the owner would contact me, but like everthing else, I am still waiting. If you are just passing through Memphis and need a place to get a few hours rest, its fine, but until this hotel is managed better, it is no place to take the family or for an extended stay. It seems that they have people working, that are not allowed to make simple decisions to fix problems.

The owners/managers were very nice. It did not have fridges or microwaves and room was very small. I would not recommend this hotel as a hotel to stay in for more than one night. It just doesn't have what you need to be comfortable.

I did not like this hotel. it had roaches! It had roaches! There was one crawling in the sink. The room was very small, small TV and small beds. You could hear everything going on in the next room. It was in a bad area, and had bugs! Do not stay at this hotel! It was no worth the money!

Nothing stood out. Had to ask for towels, had to have key cards fixed 3 times. I had to repeatedly get my key card re activated numerous times, the room was not cleaned from 1st to 2nd day.

Nothing. All. Some one tried to hustle us not even two minutes from walking out our hotel door, in the parking lot. The area around the hotel was not child friendly.

I liked nothing about this hotel. The 1st room I was in stunk. The second room, I had to change the bedding. I woudn't stay at this place if it was free.
