Perhaps if we stayed mid week it would have been different but it was a long weekend..... Ministry of Sound nightclub next door attracts less than favourable people for a 'family vacation'. Hotel was ok but rooms are tiny, internet is a rip-off and so slow, you're better to go across the road at a cafe. Breakfast buffet good but staff useless (don't expect your table cleared until you finish and leave). Shopping mall in complex is a bonus but way too expensive. Hotel pool was nice but very busy. One major downfall is that this is a huge hotel complex with way too many people so don't expect ANY personalised attention or good service or privacy. Good for a couple of days for kids to run around the water park but avoid in on weekends at ALL costs as you will spend your entire day waiting in cues.

The location of the hotel is very good. Myself and my family enjoy the activities at the theme park and of course my wife is the most happiest person as she got to do lots of shopping in the Pyramid Shopping Mall. The room is so new and very nice. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely bring my family again for our next holiday trip.
