i really enjoyed my stay right next to all the bars, the air con in my room wasnt to great and also i was right next to the cleaners room so just as i would get in to bed the cleaner would be waking up i also think it was 222 very small room but all the other rooms looked fine

Go to Thailand it's a wonderful place. Everyone is friendly, it's clean and there's a great warm friendly atmosphere wherever you go... except for this hotel... My boyfriend and I went to Thailand for two weeks. We were going to stay in Bangkok through our holiday but then we were advised to go to Pattaya... which wasn't a bad advice. It's a nice place near the ocean. It was becoming our best holiday ever...until we decided to stay at this hotel for a night. There were so many things I can complain about that I don't even know from where to start. Thai people were generally very friendly. However, in this hotel I've found the savagest employees ever. The room was disgusting... the sink and shower were dirty and the bin in the bathroom had changed colour with the dirt it had all over it! In Pattaya the temperature was around 35-37degrees and the humidity was very high. The air condition in our room didn't work properly... it was worse than a regular fan! but it had the additional noises which wouldn't even let us sleep! Anyways it was a pity we visited that hotel... it was our last night.... and our worst night in Thailand... Seriously don't go there maybe they will try to improve their service because apparently they're content with it. We contacted the Head Office of these Hotels, we don't want anything from them cos I wouldn't be caught alive in one of their hotels ever again but they didn't even confirm that they've received the email or anything and I'm sure had the right address.

Good location 1 minute from beach, loads of bars and restaurants around vicinity. Walking street about 15 minute walk or get the bhat bus.

The residences room are more spacious and clean. Except the balcony is too close to each other, rest are good. Location quite central but about 20 mins walk to walking street.

the staff are really great especially the front desk. very good service and attention to customers. We has a free upgraded fr standard room to the deluxe room at check in without asking for it. breakfast buffet is really good, The location is perfect where the happening bars r all rounded around.Really value for money. .

It was great to stay in Sunshine.Located at a place which is near to the beach. Fantastic females at the reception to greet & help you with good communication skills. Good parking space as well which can be utilized if u take some vehichle on rent.

on average, good for the price paid, v good location as its located at beach road. however, it gets v noisy til abt 2am. you will have to bear with it.

I stay at this hotel several time a year and am always pleased with their consistent good service. Their breakfast buffet has vastly improved from past years. I would recommend this hotel to singles and couples alike.
