The Sunset Park Resort & Spa is located on South Pattaya. It takes about 2 hours to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya, and it is a 20-minute drive from South Pattaya to the resort. Dongtan Beach can be accessed in around a 10-minute drive, and Pattaya Railway Station and North Road Bus Station are approximately 15 and 20 minutes by car respectively. The port municipality of Laem Chanbang is some 37 km away. The New Bangkok International Airport (Suvarnabhumi) is located about 136 km from the resort and Don Mueang Airport approximately 164 km away.

Rising up from the pristine 206 metres of private beach, the hotel combines indigenous architecture with casual luxury and gracious service set in a tropical paradise of lush foliage and 100-year-old woodland, creating a resort experience unmatched in Pattaya. Distance and time will become meaningless to guests once they enter into the resort's realm of tranquillity. The 53-room beach hotel houses a restaurant and conference facilities. The resort features 53 cottages and villas offering a choice of beach or brook settings.
