DO NOT GO IN THIS HOTEL.... I have read the review before, and they probably comes from the staff of the hotel..... Pictures from internet ARE NOT matching the hotel AT ALL. Staff never smile and try to sell you trip to other places when you arrive, very tired. NOT GO THERE unless you like horror movie. Location is AWFUL very far from any restaurant...

The Sunrise Hotel is located in very good place of Hanoi. The room was so nice- clean and spacious. Staff were so nice, kind, helpful and friendly... highly recommend the Sunrise Hotel Hanoi.

Having stay here for 5 nights and were very happy all the time at Sunrise Hotel Hanoi. Duc Anh - manager of the hotel was a super man and we would like to thank him alot for his kindness. Room of hotel was huge, very clean and comfy. Breakfast and Internet were good. Sure to turn back this hotel and good luck to them.

We have stayed at Sunrise Hotel Hanoi for 3 nights for my business n Hanoi and found this hotel was great choice for my in future. Staff was so good and their services were also very very good. Internet was for free and very fast. Breakfast was very excellent!

We were suggested this hotel through 1 of our friends from Hanoi and did stay here for 3 nights. Almost thing were very good from location to services. We were extremely happy by the behavior from the staff- They were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel!

this hotel is in a good location but rooms, bathroom and Facilities is bad and not clean. Sad to say, the hotel room's condition is not as good as what I expected it to be. The bed comforter doesn't seems clean at all with quite a number of yellow stain and I have no clue what's that. Towels is a big problem too, giving you the impression they did not change or washing. Comeback again? Not way!

The location/facilities/price combination was ideal. Having a great room on demand system was 1st class and a room safe for my notebook computer was a reassurance. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Staff were excellent and very kind to work in travel company. In general Sunrise Hotel is very good hotel to stay if you have a chance to visit Hanoi.

This hotel people were really good. Just had a bit problem about toilet didn't slash well. Except that was OK. Breakfast (PHO) was tasty.
