My stay at the Sundance was complete. The Front Desk staff were friendly. All of the staff that I passed said Hello and acknowledged my presence. The room decor was European with Regional Artwork on display. Very unique and nicely done. I didn't have time to see the Spa but next time I will make sure I schedule a facial. I will always stay here when I am in town.

The regional artwork in my room was unique and tasteful. I liked the unique decor and design. I had a massage in the Spa that made me feel relaxed after traveling all day. I just love everything about my entire visit. Kudos to the staff for going above and beyond meeting more than my expectations.

My family and I were checking out college options at Wake Forest University and stayed at the Sundance Plaza and were very pleased with the accommodations and location. We were able to walk right to Wake Forest from the hotel and there were several nice restaurants that are very close as well. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We do regret there was not enough time to visit the spa, but after a tour, I will say when we come on parents weekend I will be taking full advantage of it. This hotel was very clean and the rooms were great. We will definitely be back......Thank you Sundance Plaza for a great weekend Laura Grube

I was disappointed in this hotel. The room was average size, very small bathroom. Pros: sofa, bathmat, plenty of towels, free wireless, hair dryer, nice closet with iron & ironing board. Cons: One side of the window was filthy, carpet was wet near the a/c unit, bathroom mirror frame was coming apart from the glass, fridge was unplugged so not cold in case I had anything to put inside, had to neal on the sofa and reach behind to close curtains, elevator looked and smelled old. Also upon arriving at the hotel, I parked and unloaded my luggage, went to front desk to check in, received key and was told the best way to access my room was to drive around to the back "B" entrance. Had to load back up and drive around, seemed strange to me.

The side door into the hotel that is supposed to stay locked --especially at night--and can only be opened with your room key? It was propped open --late at night with a trash can. This in the wake of hearing about the "[...] Killer" at a Holiday Inn Express. And I was traveling with a teenager!! Security WAS NOT a Priority at this hotel.THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING...After our first night there, housekeeping never came to clean our room/make beds or bring us fresh towels and were gone from the room from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.--not enough time for them to clean the room I guess. When we did call for at least clean towels, we waited an hour and then had to call again. FINALLY...someone showed up and offered to clean the room. It was then 8 p.m.!!! Our second evening was filled with a group of strippers--yes I said strippers who were staying in this hotel, but doing a road show somewhere else. They came in at 2 and 4 a.m. with their very loud boyfriends or bodyguards slamming doors. My daughter had an audition at UNCSA the next morning. Needless to say. This hotel wasn't the best place to stay. When we checked out the next day, They gave me a bill, when I had already paid for the room through [...]. Then they told me that I wasn't supposed to see that bill. That was [...] Mastercard bill. Needless to say I saw the markup that I'm sure I wasn't supposed to see. "Sorry," they said. Oh and by the way, sorry we didn't clean your room, and sorry you didn't get any sleep last night.

My room was very spacious to conduct my interview. This Hotel impressed me from the entrance of the lobby. Personnel greeted me with kindness. After checking in to my room, I went back to the lobby and did some work on my laptop while waiting for a business partner. During this time, staff stopped by twice if I needed anything to drink while waiting. They did make me feel very good choosing this hotel after all I was going to have my meeting here and that my business partner had to be impressed. Well done.

I stayed here for a soccer tournament and then again on business. The hotel is remodeled very nicely, and has a health spa - boutique feel to it. The remodeled rooms are as good as several of the more expensive area hotels. It was nice enough for me to overlook delays getting checked in. This is my new W-S business travel destination, as long as the prices stay competitive.

Room was small and the bed was barely full size. There was no wi fi available and the water went off.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I have stay at this Hotel before. The improvements made a very good impression on me. I can comfortably recommend this hotel to my business associates.

And its all down hill from there. We were put in two rooms where the air conditioner did not work and one room that was already occupied. After we finally got a room that was mechanically functional it was comfortable. The ants really appreciated the comfort - probably much more so than my husband and I did. This hotel has two assets - its employees and its location. Cook and bartender made the very limited food service enjoyable. The close proximity to Groves Stadium allows fans to walk rather than struggle with traffic woes after a game. That has to be the only reason this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor - stay elsewhere.

The convenience to Wake Forest University. The front desk clerk hardly spoke English. The front desk staff ignored customers waiting with questions. The bathroom needed to be washed down with a gallon of bleach-urine stains around toilet base, it was filthy. We had a two day stay, the second day we couldn't get into the room-the electronic key had been deactivated. Upon entering we noticed, besides the beds being made, it was not cleaned or straightened up-dirty glasses, coffee cups left etc. Basically this is a scary motel the staff is strange, not very customer friendly the front desk clerk barely spoke or understood English. My reservation was not right-I do not know what credit card number they had but it was not mine. The motel is so close to Wake Forest-where I have a child attending, my purpose was helping her move out of the dorm. So for convenience it was satisfactory, but next time Ill go an extra mile and find a better motel.

I booked this hotel for my son and I to stay in while getting him settled at Wake Forest University. My reservations were made in May for a late August stay. We walked into our room and immediately it felt odd. The King bed was only like 18" off the floor! The windows had sheers, but after dark when the bright parking lot lights came on we realized there were no drapes- our room was flooded with light! The loveseat was too uncomfortable to sit on, and a counter/bar was built (poorly and oddly) in the room; when the cupboard doors were opened there were no shelves, and the inside was filthy and filled with rags. About 2 am I was awakened by loud tv and voices from the next room which went on for hours. The room and bathroom were far from clean. The next morning the toilet stopped working. I had booked this hotel for a Wednesday thru Sunday and left Thursday morning at a time when there is a hotel shortage in the area! When I checked out the girl at the desk asked why I was leaving early , just said Oh when I told her, and did NOTHING to make me feel any better about the hotel or my stay. Also at a time when most hotels have nice free breakfasts, here they would serve you a single small sweet roll, anything else you wanted could be purchased.

Base on the name I was expecting to see a bigger resort. It was fair for the price I paid. Room service being non-existent was a negative point however the gym was OK as well as the pool. I arrived at 03:00 pm but my room wasn't available up to 04:00pm. This is another negative point

This has been by far my WORST hotel experience ever. You could hear the people running on the floor above us. Our room had a noisy a/c unit which left the carpet wet anywhere near it even trying to get to the couch your feet got wet. A noisy engine sounding pressure from the water when using the shower head. There were people at the pool till 2am when the pool closes at 10pm we called the front desk but go no resolve there was a lack of authority on duty that could not control roudy guests. Computer area couldn't get access to internet it was booged down with "junk" which stalled the machine. On the streets near the hotel people were solicitating money I think for their sports team best part is that same group stayed at this hotel. Many businesses around the hotel were closed unlike many other areas nearby we saw. We are very disapointed. The best thing this had was the complimentary starbucks coffee.
