Service from the friendly and courteous bellman to the front offcie staff and the maids was excellent!

This hotel is well situated if you are looking to be close to everything in San Pedro without giving up a pool or air conditioning. The service was professional, and the facilities were well maintained. It is a great place for divers who want to be close to their launching site or groups of friends who want to be near it all. Not sure it is great for young families. The air conditioning and pool are amenities not found in many hotels in town so take advantage. The refrigerator is large if you need to store your water, beer, and Rum. Bring your own coffee, filters, sugar, and dish sponge from home. If you need comfort food from home (Mac-N-Cheese, pancakes, etc.) bring them with you. The room key is an actual key, so don't lose it. If you are thinking your night out may result in your inability to remember where you kept your key, have them held for you until you return. Mojitos is the hotel bar and a good find for Sunday barbecue. Stick to the drink specials on other days. If you are uptight, there are going to be little things about the place that will annoy you. If you sit under one of their palm trees long enough, the breeze will make it all better. The grocery shop is one block over. You can get everything you need there, and the prices are better than the supermarket. Strongly recommended places to eat are Estels, Mangos, Reef, and Pinki Knox. All but Pinki Knox are within walking distance.
