Was a little dirty in bath area. Outside door indicated to be non smoking,but we could tell smoking had been done.

Location and good price. Small and no pool. The location is good. If you don't spend much time in the room then it's not that bad.

We checked in around 11:00 pm, and the security guard checked us in without problems, he was expecting us. This hotel is not located in a bad part of town, but it was nice to know that someone was on-duty at the facility all the time. BIG PLUS: No extra add-ons at check-in or check-out. I hate being nickel and dimed to death when you've not been warned in advance, and this did not happen at this motel. Some faclity specifics: Nothing but a room, no pool, spa, or excerise facility. The lobby was just a small room to register at. Wireless internet access worked well. Rooms are small, double beds are twins, just big enough for a 6 footer like me. Room was clean upon check-in, but this is an 'extended stay' hotel, which means that you don't get automatic room or towel service more than twice a week. Rooms are small. Did find a good-sized spider in the room, looked like he had been there awhile in a ceiling corner, but nothing worse (this IS Houston).

Its a real hit or miss with this motel. I've stayed multiple times. Sometimes I get a decent room but a lot of times I get a room that: 1) smells like flea spray 2) strong bleach smell 3) extremely noisy pipes through out the night 4) loud foot traffic on the ground floor 4) bad towels. If you just need a place to just close your eyes, then this might be it, but bring some earplugs.

When we arrived they gave us a room for 3 people and only 1 bed and then they gave us a room that fitted our needs but smelled real bad from the cleaning detergents they used and it was a room for smokers and we ask for a non smoking room.

The rating given to the hotel should have been a two star hotel. The rooms are too small and the beds that are supposed to be a queen are actually full size.

Pros:Very affordable in a nice location. 5 minutes east and west of Sugarland and Houston, TX. Fully furnish with Stove, Microwave and Fridge. Cons: Beds are a little uncomfortable. Complained to front desk twice about noisy upstairs occupants...problem was never resolved. Clean service was lousy.

There were hairs on the bed, the floor was wet and there were no towels or toiletries. The staff was rude and talked about me in Spanish not knowing that I knew what they were saying. Very disappointed.

met basic needs of a bed(hard) and a roof over your head. You get what you pay for. Area of neighborhood kinda scary-kept a chair against the door for extra security measure.

Easy access, and quiet. Bathtub was rusty,TV wastoo small. Nothing, but if they can replace or clean them because it is disgusting to take a shower when the tub is corroded.

hotel was pretty cheap and next to the highway but very horrible service. First I was on the third floor and I saw the most nastiest spiders ever in my life. Next there beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. and the room had a nasty smell.

The first night at the hotel when we were checking in, the keys didn't work so they gave us another room after making us wait for a while. The room also had a foul smell. There weren't any toiletries as mentioned in the description of the room for the hotel. That night, I was bitten by bed bugs. In the morning, we noticed the bed bug bites but didn't see the bed bugs until after the second night. I am still scratching profusely from the bites and my entire arms, neck, back and legs are red and itchy. It has been a week since then and I am still trying to recover from the bites. We decided to check out of the hotel a day early because of the horrible living conditions and most importantly due to my ill health from the bed bugs and overall room environment. This completely spoiled my vacation. We would like to dispute the hotel charges and get a full refund for all of the trouble.

The fact that it is a pet friendly hotel was a definite perk! Front staff was rude. Bathroom & carpet were dirty. The tub leaked. It's a good hotel if you are accompanied by a petand do not plan to spend much time in the room.

The location provided easy access to the freeway. I was worried about my vehicle being there the next morning. The cost was good but the hotel was run down and not well maintained. The staff was friendly and access to the freeway was close.
