[...] a staff member went over and beyond the call of duty. She was very pleasant and gave great service with a smile. Other staff members were good and kind also. I came in from Wichita to see Stevie Wonder in Alpharetta, and to cook several meals (to get to my man's heart). I think it worked... My trip was pleasant and enjoyable. I will recommend these suites and if I have the opportunity to come back again, I will. Just one recommendation is to have clean up, clean the bath tub with a good cleaner and the shower curtain had a little mold.

The outside looked very nice. The room smelled stale. All I wanted was fresh towels. I was there almost two weeks and had to ask to have my room refreshed.

The sign 'ring door bell after 8pm' needs to be taken down. You don't answer the bell or the phone. The maid service needs to be revamped. Both bed linen in my room were badly soiled BEFORE we were even able to use them. Why did I find a DIRTY (green) towel in my bed??? Why does a tenant have to go to the office to request clean towels after three days and toilet tissue. Very unexceptable. When the maid did finally come the day before my check out, the room still was not cleaned. The linen never changed and at that point I did need clean towels I had already gone and got them. The bathroom stool and bathtub could use a good scrubbing and the floor mopped and the carpet vaccummed now a Most of the staff were friendly others need to work on their facial expressions and attitudes. I have the names but won't state them. In business the 'customer is always right', don't be so quick to dispute or state that the customer is wrong. Especially when proof is put before you in black & white. When a customer ask for a receipt for the room upon check out. GIVE IT TO THEM. it is just a piece a paper. Don't tell them they have to go elsewhere to get it!!!!. When cleaning the parking lot, the dust should not be blowed toward the rooms, dust only goes under the door. Wow a room that was already dirty only becomes even more dirty. The location itself was adequate, I was a little concerned about some of the people that just hang about, especially in their cars in the early morning hours. I did not feel secure.

As i stayed in the hotel i basically relaxed, wanted to get away from home. There was nothing missing.Everything was where it should have been. I always like to stay in the best of hotels, so staying with you was no diffrent. Thankyou

Hotel with attractive appearance, friendly people and good access from I-75. Good access from I-75. It provides free WiFi, which is good. Without this, very good motel.

The hotel fell short of my expectations. The employees were not receptive to theeir guest. When you ask for assistance it was if we were burdening the employees. I would not recommend this hotel for a family stay.

i arrived at 12am the first room they checked me into was filthy and one of the beds was unmade so i walked all the way back down to the front desk along with my bags to request another room. The next room was better but it was still dirty and there was hair on the bed and pillows so i slept in the chair that night. My stay was supposed to be for two nights but i checked out that morning. If i had not arrived at midnight i would not have stayed at all.

Close to shopping and eating places. Bathroom was filthy and rooms stank. I would never stay at this hotel again or any sun suite hotels. It was a nightmare. entire families actually live in the rooms for weeks at a time and the wear and tear on the rooms show it. any money you save by staying here is not worth the sacrifice of comfort or cleanliness.

They did NOT have our reservations when we arrived and the hotel clerk was not real helpful, we had to ask for any help she gave us. the room was ok, the bathroom needs a paint job and new calking. The kitchenette was great. Location was great.

It was close to restaurants. The kitchenette was filthy, we had to clean it. This motel is ok as far as location. We had to change rooms because the clerk messed up and when we got in our room, the kitchenette was filthy. The microwave did not work properly and made an awful, loud noise when on.

The hotel room was spacious and very affordable. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and it was in a very safe area that is close to many restaurants and shopping centers.

The location was the only nice thing about this hotel. They only clean the rooms and bring clean towels once per week. Overall my experience was horrible. When I checked into the room I was told that the rooms are only cleaned once a week and that they only exchange towels once. If you want extra towels you have to pay for them. You expect certain things when you stay in a hotel and I did not get any of the things that I expected. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay there again.

This hotel was very dirty - We went to wal-mart and bought sheets and blankets to sleep on - I also bought flip flops to wear in the shower - The staff was not friendly - They do not clean your room or bring you clean towels - I had to get up and walk to the front desk with my dirty towels just to get new one - You get what you pay for

Nice and clean on the outside. Close to food and Downtown. The room had a bad odor. The bathroom was small. The GFI outlet in the bathroom did not work. The location was convenient for downtown and several eating establishments. The outside was maintained nicely. The room had a bad odor and I would have requested another room, however I didn't have the time to request and change rooms. The bathroom was very small. I would not stay at this place again.
