Very nice and helpfull stuff. Room was clean and everything was as I expected. When U want to sleep there and C the city, You have to pay toll for crossing the bridge.

Floor location and hotel was near major shopping. Acceptable for short stays, not for romantic situations. Close to shopping, friendly staff.

This trip was for a class reunion we frequent New Orleans several times a year it was my home. The motel was a in pretty good location convenient for the West Bank of New Orleans the grounds did appear to be neat and tidy. I can't express the disappointment the coffee pot had old mold filled dried up coffee grinds left not sure how old they were dry. The room itself did not appear dirty however looking the comforters there were visible white spots on the underside yuk!!! For the duration of our stay our room was not serviced not that we require or expected cleaning, however we had to self serve towels etc. We had to make trips to the office daily they required us to bring down dirty towels for an exchange 1 for 1 to get new towels. Upon one of our visits to the office just before eight am in the morning it was dark inside the office the sign clearly stated the office opened at seven am. Unaware I rang the door bell and waited well over five minutes, finally someone appeared at eight am and had to open the door appeared to have just arrived when the hours stated on the door was seven am. We will not stay there again even if it is the cheaper option.

I'm not one for complaining but this was about the worst hotel i've ever stayed at it was very much in need of repair the room had holes in the sheet rock there was trash under the bed the service was very bad after hours you couldnt get any body at the front desk over all just a bad trip

Horible!!!!!!!!the hotel was dirty, smell bad, prostitutes were allowed in hotel, I had to leave 2 days early,and didn't get refunded.this is the worst hotel ever.

This was not my idea of a luxury hotel. We stayed here for 5 nigths and it smelled really bad,worse and worse eveyrday. It wasn't until the morning we checked out that I looked under the bed. The maid wouldn't take it away. The manager came in and told me it was a mouse but it was the size of squirrel but it did not have a fluffy tail. I don't know what it was but it stunk to high heaven. It reall yput a damper on our honeymoon. I would think twice before booking here agin.

There was absolutely no housekeeping service. When we requested that our trash be picked up no one responded. We had to emply it into one of the outside trash bins ourselves. Kitchen area has a stove top to cook on but no pots or pans, so that was a waste of time.

The front desk was friendly. My room was in poor shape. The staff was friendly, there was free Wifi. The room was a piece of junk though, two drawers were missing, there were roaches in the bathroom at night, and everything looked rather dingy.

stayed here for one week. Best features - availablity of kitchen and reasonable weekly rate. Worst - the motel/area was unsafe. many incidents each night including fighting, yelling, false fire alarms, knocking on the door, telephone calls. Not a viable tourist option. Bus service into New Orleans was inadequate and uncomfortable - frequently harrassed. Safety, transportation, accessibility and general comfort were all issues. No staff overnight when most of the problems occur.

Convenient location. Run down, very unpleasant neighborhood. I was very disappointed in this hotel. I had to choose the area because of pricing but this was not worth even the low price. Could hear neighboring rooms throughout the night, room was labeled non-smoking but plainly smelled of smoke. First room had no TV and filthy carpet but we were quickly moved on request. Front desk person very helpful!

sun suites of new orleans harvey, i was not satisfied with this hotel. the room smelled, it was not the cleanest and the mattress on the bed was very bad. i think it was broken down on one side. the neighborhood had people hanging around on street corners, i was scared to come back to my room after going to the casino. over all i would not go there again.

Convenient location. The room smelled like bad body odorand cigarette smoke. The staff lies! When asked to be moved to a different room because of the room stench, staff promptly replied they were sold out. Later that night, I could see the parking lot was only half filled.

Only good thing about the room was that had a fridge, no soap or cofee, dirty and poor. From the beginning no check out, horrible experience. No staff wasavailable, no ice, office open late and staff wasrude, the room not have a big bed, the room had bad odor, water tub leaking, toilet broken,AC very noisy, no ice machine, no soap or shampoo avail, no coffee, it has been the worst hotel I've stayed at.

Staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. Very noisy. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but, it is very noisy. You can hear every word someone in the next room says. You also hear all noise from outside.

It was close to the expressway. They had no toilet papers or coffee and we were told that any provisions regularly provided were not available. Awful, disgusting, nasty any other negative word you can think of is applicable.
