Room smelled like smoke. Several strange looking people hanging outside. did not feel safe getting in and out of my car. Room look like it has never been updated in 15 years.

Great place for the price...quiet and clean with kitchenettes...the only downfall was no daily room service for cleaning with new towels and toilet paper...had to keep going to the office to get towels and toilet paper...but other than that...great deal for the price...

It was quite at night, we stayed on the top floor and had a pleasant stay. They never changed the linen the whole time we were their 6days. We felt safe, secure. Room on the first day was clean. All the cups, plates and silverware were ready at hand. We stayed on the top floor, it was quite and we slept well.

This was a terrible experience. We arrived late and office is manned by a security guard who has to buzz you in. The individuals staying at the hotel were questionable, noisey, and out of control, so much so that a memo was passed while we were there about the policy of the hotel about noise, drinking, and loitering. Carpet smelled like a locker room and my bare feet were black after walking on it. Work socks from there on out. One night toilet ran all night. Front desk never answered there phone no matter what time of day. Always outside smoking. No extra such as shampoo, lotion etc. No hair dryer, absolutely nothing. No housekeeping unless requested. Did have a kitchenette and good cable. Overall-very scarey experience.

We were going to the races at Texas Motor Speedway, we arrived late and there was no one in the office. A security guard had to check us in and he had no idea were anything was. In the room there was no coffey for the coffey pot, no soap, no cleanex and no pans to cook with.

Nothing. Dirty, people sitting outside at all hours drinking. This hotel was extremely dirty and located in an unsafe part of town. We decided to stay elsewhere once we saw the hotel and its guests. We did not even feel comfortable leaving our vehicle parked overnight. I am amazed that this is a Priceline hotel. Avoid at all costs. don't stay here!

Rooms Not Clean and Linens Messy. Burns in blankets, sheets and beadspreads. Carpet need a complete overhaul. Supply stove but no pans. Supply coffee maker and no coffee. 2/place settings. Price increase for 2007 and make it not worth the while. Some staff nice but others rude. Best part, do feel safe.

We pretty much just used the room for sleeping after a long day of touring the local attractions, so the room was great for that. The one thing that was a little annoying was we were on the third floor and the elevator was on the other side, so we had to walk a ways. The check- in and check out was quick, so that was a big plus. We really enjoyed the nice kitchen area.

It was clean. Could not choose non smoking room online. Decent low budget hotel. Had to check 3 rooms before finding one that did not smell like smoke. Office mgr was very friendly and accomodating.

Overnight stay on a layover. Did not sleep as the hotel was so bad. Should have saved money and slept in the airport - it would have been more comfortable and absent the horrible odors.

Stayed at sun suites for a few days and i have to say it is one of the best hotels i have stayed at in while. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The area is very peaceful and secure and very bright. And all this at very reasonable price .i would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits lewisville area.

Convenience. Disturbance of next door neighbors. I went to the Sun Suites Hotel on May 1st and 2nd 2009 for my son's wedding on the 2nd. I thought it would be great. However, the first night our neighbors kept me up until 1:00 am.

Customer service was ok but not great. I requested nonsmoking and was given a smoking room, the smell wasn't too pleasent. The room was extremly small as compare to what said on the website. Also, something I really want to bring up; no hairdrier, and theres a small kitchen but no kitchenwhare to cook anything. What I did like was the fact that the room was very clean. I was only their for two nights, which was great for me, because according to the hotel's policy, they only clean towels, sheets, etc, once or twice a week. On a scale from 1-10 I give them a 7 which really isn't bad. Good place to stay if you're only there for a couple of nights!

It was a clean place to sleep, which is about all we use rooms for. We had to try two rooms before we got a clean one. Other than being assigned to 2 rooms that were dirty before we actually got in a clean one, it was fine, the staff was very helpful, except that there was no ice machine.
