Our girls loved the Studio/Loft Condo. Was very neat and clean and cozy. We were close to downtown Gatlinburg, but still high up in the mountains. This condo has a great view of the Smokies. It was queit and refreshing.

Condo was at the top of a mt, hard to find it, road was awful and winding,floor not vacuumed,bed and pillows was like sleeping on concrete, ADT alarm rang all night long one night, was told how sorry they were. We listened to the high pitch alarm all night long, no sleep...checked out one day early...Studio too small for 3 people...

The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. It's not like a typical hotel where you expect maid service every day, but we knew that going in. Staff was friendly. Expect some spiders and maybe a few ants since the unit isn't occupied much of the year (I think we rented a timeshare, it was weird). However, for the rate given it was a steal over your typical Holiday Inn (our unit slept 8, we canceled our two rooms at the Best Western because this was cheaper overall). In summary, very happy with the unit. Just beware that if you're afraid of heights or from the flat midwest, the initial drive up is perilous. Steep slopes with no guard rails. It is approximately a 15 minute drive over 4 miles just to get into the city. For those not acquainted with the foothills of the Appalachia you're in for a treat! The view is FANTASTIC though. You can see deep into the Gatlingburg valley at night while watching the clouds mingle with the smokey mountain tops.

This hotel was very nice, quiet, beautiful view, its in the moutains and a little hard to find at first. But overall a very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms are clean and well stocked. This is a nice family place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone and would also stay again. A good value for the money. We fell in love with this place the moment we arrived!!! I was sceptical from the pics on line, but they do not do justice for this place!! It was georgeous with an awesome view!! Our room was very clean and the staff very friendly! This is now our "weekend getaway" spot!!! I recommend this to anyone and everyone! The price is great and the location is unbeatable for the a true mountain getaway!

All in all the facility was nice. The staff were helpful as far as anything we needed. However, I'd still recommend this place to a friend that is traveling by car but would not recommend it to a friend on a motorcycle as we were. These roads leading to the SUMMIT are vey dangerous even for an experienced rider. We made it a point not to attempt these roads after dark which took a lot of fun out of our trip. Maybe some mention of the roads should be mentioned in the details section.

I have stayed at this hotel in 2005 and again in August of 2008. The views are out of this world. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a relaxing place, has an indoor and an outdoor pool. Would recommend this to anyone who is not afraid to drive very winding roads to get there. It is beautiful!
