Summerwind Condominium Navarre

This Gulf Front complex is comprised of three buildings located on 450 ft. of sugar white beaches and our beautiful emerald green waters. Built in 2000 and completely renovated in 2006. Each unit faces the Gulf of Mexico and has large private balconies, complimentary high-speed internet access and free DVD rentals. Cleaning Fees: One Bedroom $80. Cleaning fee will be charged by the front desk at check in to the guests credit card. The clean fees are taxable and are per room booked. This is a smoke-free property. Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Falsified Reservations- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested.
