Summer Breeze is a well established AA3* rated guest house in an ideal location in the centre of Newquay. Run by Karen & Andy Wilkins for the last 10 years guests are assured a friendly welcome clean comfortable accommodation and a freshly cooked breakfast each day. We have 6 bright modern bedrooms all of which have en'suite showers and wc's and all are comfortably furnished with good quality beds and fittings. All rooms have TV's tea/coffee making facilities and we provide ironing facilities hairdryers storage for surfboards/bikes. We have limited parking on site available on a first come first served basis for which there is no charge if no spaces there is a public car park within 200yds and many side roads where spaces can often be found. Our convenient location means that the town centre bars and restaurants beaches and transport links are all on the doorstep. Our guest house is spacious light and airy and our guests have their own personal room keys for unrestricted access. Summer Breeze is perfect as an informal coastal retreat - a real home from home.
