My husband and I had rm 402.We were quite happy. However I had previously booked for my daughter, husband and two children 2ys, and 6mths. The same night as they were going to Delta Goodram and we were baby sitting. They had Rm311, and I am sorry to say the bathroom was disgusting, mildew throughout. Also the smell after leaving the lift on level 3 smelt like urine all through the hallway.

My husband & I have stayed at Sullivans numerous times since 1990 and regard it as a home from home. It is so nice to be greeted by the same friendly faces. The warmth & security of this hotel is quite unique and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else whilst in Perth. Claire Stevenson.

Perfect location, right next to the Mount Hospital (if anyone's going for an appointment or operation) and the Blue Cat stops right in front to take you into the city. The only dissapointment I had was the bathroom. A little small as the basin is so close to the toilet you nearly hit your head when sitting down! And the shower was a descent size but the shower rose was shocking! Besides that, was a good hotel and just what we needed.

Only concern was the position of the air conditioner. It had been installed beneath the window and was not possible to run at nightr when going to sleep due to the air movement, it was also an older type and with a noisy fan.

WE had a pleasant satay which was marred by when we ate in the reestaurant, the service was poor, the food came in the wrong order and some was cold. However, our complaint was taken seriously by the manager who dealt with it in an efficient and sympathetic manner. We have stayed there subsequently.

We have stayed 2 nights, Sullivans Hotel is very clean conveniently located. City bus stop next to door, bus is free to Citi, next to Botanic Garden, free parking lots available. There is good choice if you come to restaurant. Very friendly and helpful personel. Yes, we will come back to Sullivans Hotel soon. We would like to recommend Sulilivans Hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sullivans Hotel. The rooms are a bit basic but you only get what you pay for. Liked the location of the hotel. Not to far to walk to the city but with a bus stop outside and transport free what else could you ask for. Although we arrived early and check in was 2.00pm our room was ready which was really appreciated after a long flight from Hong Kong. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Rooms and pool were smaller than we though - but service was good and the location was great (would just choose a larger room next time). Very close to city (walking distance) but backing onto a very pretty park - so street noise not noticeable from our room. Some elements of Hotel getting tired - esp exterior - but very enjoyable. If you don't have a car - free bus services are great (every 10 mins) and the stop is right outside hotel.

The rooms are very very small and oldish but clean. We had a quad room and i looks like the photos on the net. The pool area is the best part of the hotel. Great place if you are on a budget. Also right under kings park so that was great. But no restruants or cafe's close. All over it was pretty good and would stay again but only for one night to small for a few days.

Very impressed with my deluxe room. I found reception staff very friendly and extremely helpful. It's not in the centre of Perth but with the buses stopping outside the door it's only a 5 minute ride into city centre and is in a nice location. Perth has an excellent public transport system, the city buses are free and run every 10-15 minutes. The meals available in the restaurant are of a good quality.

Plusses were the friendly staff, free internet and the free bluecat bus that stops outside the hotel. The only negative would be the expensive pricing of the restaurant for the food received.

Excdellent location on free bus route to central Perth,although this finishes at 6.00pm so is of no usein the evening. Small room and a little old fashioned in style, but comfortable,convenient and welcoming.
