The hotel was in a good location for my trip. Directly behind a Denny's and they give you 25% off of your bill when you show your room key. The room wasn't too bad for the price, but it had a pee smell like bums live there.

The room was furnished with cups and plates as well as pots & pans. Spiders on doors of vacant rooms. Great location, great price, great staff, not stand offish - very open to dialog.

The good: cheep, took us with a Dog, close to Altamonte. *** Warning- housekeeping woke us up at 7:50 am ! ***Warning- according to the manager checkin time is 3 p.m., but the checkout time is noon! *** Warning- The nonsmoking room still smelled of smoke. The bathroom had burns from lit cigarettes as well as being dirty Are white socks had turned black from walking on the carpet. Needless to say we took a shower in our sandals. Also, the first room they put us in was yellow from smoke and had old food on top of the microwave. This was a bad experience... First, of all people live here year round which is just weird to see. Second, the room was dirty, small and uncomfortable. The bed was a joke like something out of an institution (it was thin), and I felt like I was getting bitten - even though we slept in our clothes! Third, the internet didn't work and the manager attempted to not explain the reason to me, an IT guy. Fourth, the people above us we so loud we were woken up off an on all night. You cant really call anyone because the front desk closes at midnight. It was so bad that you could actually hear people in the room next door. Finally, for the money I should have just stayed for the room $ more and that I know would have been clean.

This motel could be a nice place to stay, they need to clean the carpet and get new beds. They also need to add a love seat or some kind of comfortable chairs. It would also help if they didn't have people living there all the time, its supposed to be a motel, not the housing projects.

Location wasn't bad. The only things we didn't care for were the hard mattresses & non existent pillows. The pillows were so flat you literally had to fold them over to get any kind of support. I would be willing to stay again if they update those pillows.

After staying at the Suburban Extended Stay I must say all the reviews I read were wrong. I was apprehensive at first about staying at this hotel but decided to give it a shot. I found the property to be in excellent condition and the staff was great. After talking to the Assistant General Manager I was presently supprised to find out that the Management team is entirely new. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to be in the Casselberry area.

The room was clean with the exception of the carpet, I couldnt walk across the room without my white socks looking like I had been outside with them on all day. We were locked out of our room three times because the front desk decided to check us out before our reservation was up and never admitted to it. They said at first that our card were magnitized, not, and then that someone had come in and checked us out. Neither one of us had done it. But then again the front desk never admitted doing anything wrong. We spent hours just trying to get our reservation straightened out with them after being there three days. Wont stay there again, vacation isnt suppose to be stressful and it was made so by staying here.

Kitchen, fridge, microwave. No TV remote, Door lock was broken. It seems like they don't check if the room is functioninig as it's supposed to. We got no TV remote, and the door was not locked when we closed it from the outside. We had to put the door up to allow the lock to work properly. The clerk at the front desk was busy talking to friends while waiting on us. Not professional.

We arrived to this hotel finding feces in the toilet, the carpet VERY sticky, razor blade marks on the table, sticky box spring, and very stained mattresses. There was obvious intrusion evidence (holes in the walls, pried open door)
