Hotel was nice and fairly comfortable. Seemed a little noisy at night but not bad. Many eating establishments nearby and right on the main street in Richmond. I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was cheap. The motel was not clean and they did not provide face towels.The toilet didn't flush properly and the staff didn't solve the problem. If you want a very cheap hotel, expect cheap service and uncleanliness. It's an okay place if you need to save some money but I've stayed a better hostels than this.

The room is ok, nothing fancy. Most extended stays do not have cleaning during the week. This one does. The breakfast is terrible, hardly worth the effort.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel are very clean. It does have a cigarette odor throughout. I purchased a can of air freshener and that helped. If you can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke I wouldn't stay there, otherwise it's a very nice hotel. The hotel is in a nice area of Richmond and close to many different stores, restaurants and a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop! I would definitely stay there again.

There was a little bottle of dish washing liquid in the room. There wasn't enough light to read. Hotelwasn't scary, which I had expected when driving by last summer and seeing the hangers out in the parking lot. And it was clean. But even though I bought a 100 watt bulb, I still couldn't see to read in the chair because of not being able to get to the overhead light. Very depressing and I'm just thankful we didn't have a snow day while I was there.

My husband and I stayed here and was really very pleased. The room was clean, there was no noise, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We would tell anyone to book a room here. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here. There are lots of places to eat and it is close to alot of things. This is a great place.

i like that it has a kitchen the location is perfect and the staff fis friendly i did not like that the last stay that i had the guest above me were loud all night long so i did not sleep very well and had a business meeting o love the hotel just this one night i did not enjoy myself at the hotel I did not get any sleep but other than that i would recommend the hotel to others.

Plenty of outlets, two seat shower. Broken bed, slow internet, slow elevator, will only let you change towles one time.

I liked the mini kitchen. I did not like having to go to the first floor for ice. The room was clean and reasonably attractive. I did not like the lack of convenience in loading/unloading and getting facilities like ice.

Good, clean, quiet, friendly, efficient, simple hotel. No ice machine on 2nd floor. Good, clean efficient friendly not fancy but all I need in a hotel is a clean comfortable bed and a clean hot shower.

Clean, convenient, well laid out, well stocked. Office hard to find, locked. The desk was very helpful, the facilities clean and excellent, I enjoyed my stay.

Absolutely nothing. The staff was not available at all during the night. Therefore, it was unsafe. No one answered the phone to give me directions for over three hours in the middle of the night, they never did answer let alone be present to check me in. I ended up staying at a different hotel. Clearly, I am disappointed and angry.

It was near several restaurants and conveniences. Strange smell, extended stay feel. Because of the strange smell and vibe we didn't actually stay the night. However, the front desk guy was friendly and all seemed clean in spite of the odd smell. This place was definitely for the traveler on an economy budget with few other choices. The longer term residents sitting out front just made the place seem undesirable.

The price was low. The most limited amenities I have ever seen. The staff was unhelpful and not friendly. They refused my request of one additional pillow. Had I been staying more than one night, I would have been very disappointed. Towels are only replaced ONCE per week, and there is a $1 charge if you want to exchange them one extra time, which is all you're allowed. I would recommend other budget chains, like Motel 6 or Econolodge over this one every time.

Location was good, with high quanitity of restaurants in area. The ants, the odor, the overly soft bed. The location of the hotel was good with a great selection of restaurants to choose from in the area. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor at best. The bathroom was dirty with hair and filth left on the toilet from the previous person. The ants that were also occupying my room were not welcome. I was not happy with this hotel.
