The staff was moderately friendly. Disgusting! Not clean at all. Room smelled terrible, and the bed was probably the worst bed I ever slept on at a hotel. The hotel was really disappointing. I was taking my spouse to Sea world in Orlando as a Christmas gift, and thinking that I had good experiences at other locations of this hotel, I thought this one would at least be decent. The room smelled so bad we had to crack a window to let the stink out. The comforter had weird black stains on it, and honestly the room grossed me out (which is not easily done). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, sorry!

I liked that there was a small kitchen and I could cook food. The television was small. I enjoyed my stay it was clean and easy to find.

I didn't like it. Stark, unsafe, non working shower, no clock, no iron, no daily maid service. N/A

Location. Run-down, not very clean, fair to poor service. I had called ahead for late arrival, however, when I arrived at half hour past their office closing time, there was no one to answer the phone. When I was able to check in, the next day, the room door did not lock, and I had to change rooms, because there was no maintenance available. The room looked to be fair in cleanliness, but there were ants all over the kitchenette. The sheets were pilled and appeared to be very old, and the wireless internet did not work. I was very disappointed in the quality of this room or hotel.

The condition is well, but I was charged $2.3 and the madam was not very friendly when I check in. My family(I, my husband and my son) rent one room, the madam only offer one king size bed to all of us, my husband sleep on the ground. No breakfast. The hotel condition is good, but I dislike the services that the madam is not friendly and have charge $2.3, when that night we check in. We only was offered one king size bed, my husband had to sleep on the ground. Next day we got up and no breakfast offer.

Price. Bed uncomfortable, cockroaches. They have a surcharge of just under $10.00 for phone service that is mandatory whether you intend to use the phone or not. This is payable upon check-in and not refundable. I explained that I had a cell phone and I would be using it. They said that the fee was payable whether you use the phone or not.

The price. Poor towel policy, ice machine broken. This motel is good for the price but the linens were shabby and worn, the bed spread had a hole in it about the size of a tennis ball. When we checked in he told me a construction crew had emptied out the ice machine but in reality it was broken.

Price and location. No housekeeping, room was in very poor condition. The concept of the extended stay motel is a good one, but talk about no frills. There is only weekly housekeeping, and the inside of the room was falling apart, literally. The single chair was not safe to sit on, and the cupboards were actually falling apart.

As you suggested, I called the hotel around four o'clock in the afternoon and the lady I talked to said that my room will be ok. She said she will not be there but the security person will. We called again around 9:30 pm asking for directions and this security person gave us the opposite directions. To make the story short we finally arrived at the hotel at 12 pm. Two hours driving lost because of the bad information received from the hotel we suppose to spend the night. We called this person three times and finally, I do not know how, I found the hotel. My opinion, all hotel personnel should be very well trained in giving directions. It could be a nightmare for the tourists.

It was Cheap Nothing said it was not open 24 hrs, had a problem getting checked in... It served its purpose, absolutely nothing more. Expected a larger bed, would not have been acceptable for two adults not living together, has sink and fridge which would have been nice had we been there longer.

I liked it because it was all I needed, a bed and a shower. I was not paying for luxury I didn't need. Had an Extra Charge for Phone and Internet Use of $10.70 even though they were not used. This hotel was located close to the airport and many important highways that connect you to all parts of Orlando and other cities of Florida. For those people who travel like us and are not interested in paying for luxury, this hotel provides all that is needed, a bed to sleep on and a shower.

It was not clean. The elevator smelled of urine and had a sticky floor. Three days later it still was sticky and smelled of urine. My room was not clean. The toilet seat must have been cleaned with filthy water as it was stained. I cleaned it with water and it came off. The bathroom floor also had water stains and was sticky. The room smelled of public restroom deodorizer.

Comfortable room, conviently located to all attractions. The room was smaller than expected and the elevator needed cleaning. We plan to try to stay at this same hotel again, except the next time we will look to get a slightly larger room. Very pleased with the facility.

nothing, disgusting room full of bugs, no pillowcases on pillows. no help from front desk This hotel room was filthy, full of bugs and didnt even have pillowcases, after complaining to the front desk who said they would take care of this while they went to get something to eat, my daughter came back to the same situation and the front desk was closed and locked. so she went to another hotel, I paid for this one for 5 days and it was never used. they also chaged her a $2 a day phone fee when she arrived, which she didnt get back when she checked out.

Very little, too many strange people hanging around. I felt unsafe, located in an industrial area, isolated and not so clean. This hotel does not deserve a Star rating of any kind. Unsafe environment for my lady friend. The hotel seemed to be catering to a male only cliental, possibly coming from a near by motorcycle mechanics school. I also noticed that the hotel housed emmirgrant workers of more than one ethnic group. There seem to be people fighting at all hours of the night.

It was a good place to sleep and leave the next day. The towels were so old they have barely enough to dry yourself
