The rooms were huge! We really enjoyed are stay at the hotel. My wife is a travel nurse and this was are home-away-from-home for 189 days. The rooms are very clean and the staff was wonderful. This hotel was a great stay for us.

Terrible location, very sketchy neighborhood. Neat clean and quiet and right on for the money. Bright lights illuminating the hotel shine into the rooms, difficult to shut out all of the light at night. Set up with towels for 2 in a 4 person room.

Enjoyed this vacation a lot! The property is nice and well kept. Shower in bedroom had some maintenance issues. Room was comfortable. Pool areas are great but need hot water spa. Drinks were good, Inside hotel people are very inviting and welcoming, outside the hotel not so much and they always try to charge more.

This all inclusive facility was easily one of the best. Upon checkin, everything was ready for us, hotel staff was quick, super polite and very client oriented. Rooms, grounds and facilities were all very clean. We thought the buffet meals were excellent, although a little disappointed in the Mexican ala carte dining. Beach and pool area were clean, fun and very inviting. Loved the entertainment staff, they are like the engergizer bunny---going n' going....very professional, yet personal enough to be enjoyed by everyone. We thought it was an excellent value all around!!

Best all inclusive resport I have visited. Helpful staff, excellent food and a multi-talented entertainment team.Clean, clear sea and walking distance from small resort centre. Hasta la vista!

We found out after checking in that guests are only allowed to eat at each of the three a-la-carte restaurants once. Reservations were hard to come by because the restaurants booked up days in advance. When we finally had the chance to eat at all three, we found the food to be terrible. The two buffets were ourother options for food, but were disgusting as well. The only passable food was at the snack bar by the pool.The hotel itself is beautiful--the rooms are clean, the grounds are well kept, and the beach is amazing. I would go back to this hotel if it was not all-inclusive.

We originally came to this hotel in 05/05 and loved it! We still love it! The size is perfect because it isn't some kingdom on the beach! Food is ok. None of us got sick either trip. Playa is a quick cab ride away. I highly recommend this place!!
