Everything was clean and neat, all the staff was very friendly and helpful with direactions, tips... Rooms are comfortable and provide everything you need with one exception (a hairdryer). Great drive to nearby Ocean Springs, Biloxi & Pascagoula. Highly recommend this value for the price & will definitely be back!

Family next to our room was having a family argument that lasted for at least an hour at 3:30 am. Nothing was done by management. The room was clean, adequate to stay in for several days if necessary.

It was relatively cheap, let us cancel reservation after our first day. Brown water, small room, downgraded my room, uncomfortable bed. The service was nice but that's all. Bed was horrible, water was brown, room was small. The kitchen was just a small counter with a sink and a couple cabinets. Horrible location. They made a mistake and had to downgrade our room but we still paid the same price. But they did let us cancle for the second night with no problem.

Excellent barging for the price. No complaints. It is an excellent barging for the business traveler. The location is optimal with a major mall and dining places just a short walk away.

Suburban Extended Stay was a convenient place for me. It was within walkig distance of my son who has cancer. I had my space, he had his. My stay was shortened as my mother passed away from cancer. My room was not cleaned daily by choice. Whenever I needed supplies, the staff was very quick and very nice to supply my needs. I definately will go back. A very affordable price for extended stay.

Location. You have to pay extra for house keeping. The location was close to the area that I was working in but the service sucked. You had to go get your own towels, your own coffee and had to pay extra to have your room cleaned. Not satisfied at all.

The Surburban Extended Stay was very comfortable. I was surprised that the beds were as comfortable as they were.the rooms are big enough to be comfotable. The kitchenette was nice and the dishes were fairly new. There is a variety of restuarants within walking distance, and the mall right across the street was a plus.

hotel staff was very helpful and empathetic. However on the first night their were about 100 mosquitos in my room and i got about 50 bites. The second room was fine and again the staff was great. T
