the room was very comfortable for the price that we payed.the location was convineat, everything you needed was close by.i loved our stay.

Nothing. It wasn't clean. I had to go ask the staff for clean towels. My sheets were never changed for the two days of my stay. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel was more like a motel.

We were satisfied with the quality of the room and the location was great. The only suggestion would be to add more lighting to the room.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Was clean and neat rooms. Vary small rooms, a little uncomfortable. Hotel was clean and neat, the staff was real nice and helpful. Wonderful staff. The rooms were way to small and crowded. It was a little uncomfortable.

I could check in early. Nice staff. Just the bed. Nice location. Close to restaurants, stores, Fort Bragg. Great staff. Laundry facilities were available.

Quiet. No bath tub, bugs, door to outside was not even hung right. You could see hall light through the bottom-side of the door, and more. I will not go back. It was not clean, the carpet was old, we were in a non-smoking room, however there were burns in bedspread and blanket. Pillow case was dirty. Stained. The room was very small.

The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was small and needed storage space. The room was a bit on the small side and the bathroom had very little space for my girl stuff but I was traveling alone so it wasn't a big. The staff was fabulously friendly and I do plan on returning to Fayetteville every year and I will stay at this hotel again.

Location for area attractions and highways. Cleanliness. Very dirty carpet, a leaking kitchen sink. This hotel has it's best foot forward offering a kitchenette to a rather small room. The lighting could be improved. But the carpet needs to be cleaned! If you don't mind sleeping with your shoes next to the bed for the bathroom trips, it is a pleasant stay.
Date of Stay:

Convenient to town/post. Noisy from road traffic. Okay for a one star hotel.

In a good location. Showers didn't have enough water pressure. Clean and in good location.

Refrigerator/Kitchenette. Felt dirty; outdated; stinky. Hotel was fine for price. Very small. Okay for 2 people, but could not have people in room with you. Carpet felt "grimy"-like we couldn't have our shoes off.
Date of Stay:
November, 2007
The kitchen, something that ever hotel should have if you have kids. Not enough walking space on either side of the bed. It was at a good location, not far, from my son fort brag air force base station. Just five minutes away from everything .this a hotel I would bring my kids too, but please add more walking space on both side of the bed. Over all I give a rating a "9".

Clean room. Room very small, bed small, coffee maker in room with no coffee. Tiny room with small kitchen. Very basic accommodations with no frills.

Very good price for the quality. Found a roach in the first room, the next room was great. Fiancee could not get in touch with me by phone.

check in was very easy. Staff was professional. bed too hard.

They gave us free gym pass, because they did not have a gym as stated. They tested the fire alarm too early in the moring. IT WORKS This hotel was great. The staff were so cheerful and gave the best directions. This hotel looks as if I was stay at home vs. a hotel.

Some of the amenities - dishes location, unprofessional receptionist, choice of rooms, no proper instrunctions of operating room equipment... This hotel has had a lot of clean-up done over the years (both on and around the property). However, it still has quite a "ways" to go. I'd suggest changing some of the rooms (since there all the same layout) to meeting/conference rooms; with computer/internet access. This would enable:A. The Hotel to generate extra revenue from "out-side_ by leasing to the public.B. Guests to invite their colleagues, business partners (i.e. perhaps future guests).

cheap Not what I expected The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I had to pay to get fresh towels, unless I stayed longer than 1 week. I was promised a smoking room, and did not get one. When I asked, they said they had none. That evening, my parents and brother each checked into a smoking room.

Small room Suburban Extended Stay provides the basics: double bed, small fridge, two-burner range, sink, microwave, and bathroom with a shower. No housekeeping services. No tub. No sleep sofa. No sofa for that matter. Nice selection of cable television channels. Sleep function worked on remote. (Doesn't always happen at hotels.) If you need a few extras like a microwave or small fridge, this is the place. If you're expecting a small studio this isn't the hotel. The low price does make it a bargain as long as the buyers' expectations are low.

location the room had a smell that burned my eyes, had to pay for ice I will never stay there again. 1 queen size bed for 3 adults. The charge to change to a room with 2 dbl beds, $48. I don't mind a small charge but that is outrageous.
