I found the staff unfriendly, and ambivalent. The cleaning staff was lax and unpredictable.

Perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my whole life (...and I've been around for a while). My wife almost divorced my after our stay in this flea bag hotel. The toilet flooded and the girl at the desk handed me a plunger !! My wife laugh for days !!

No continental breakfast; no wi-fi in rooms; even wired internet didn't work! While it appears to have multiple exit doors, there is only one functional set of entrance doors, at the front lobby. All others either have no handles on the outside or (as in the one near an apparent swimming pool) are chained and locked from the inside.

Easy on and easy off the interstate. Cleanliness was not up to my standards. This was an okay hotel. Would not stay there again. Several other people in hotel complained of cockroaches in their room. We were on second floor and didn't see any. Bathroom in our room was not clean (hair on floor in corners, etc.) Front desk receptionist was an emotional wreck and it was a bit scary coming in. Hotel security was poor - the back door to the stairs was propped open at night.

Location. Staff. The water was cut off for repairs each day, and the staff never told us it was being worked on. We had to go to a Sister hotel to take a shower. Staff was not concerned with out troubles.
