Great location to speedway and mall, tons of places to eat. We arrived at the motel late and they had a note on the door with how to get our key out of a lock box. Very easy and quick no hassles. The room was comfortable, a little small but all you use a room for anyway is to sleep and it was perfect for that. Very quiet! We had a great nights sleep. The next morning when we checked out the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will use this hotel again.

We stayed here for 12 days in May 2007. All comforts of home were provided except a 'toaster'..Staff very friendly, grounds kept spotless and well groomed.Close to all restaurants, and shopping. Excellent location for us, as we could walk to Lowe's Motor Speedway..didn't have to fight the traffic tie-ups after the race(s)..We really appreciated the location...

It was very close to the Lowe's Motor Speedway. Housekeepers didn't clean frequently. It was a great hotel. The staff was friendly. We didn't get to the hotel until late and they had everything waiting for us to get in quickly as possible. We had a wonderful time.

Close to hwy. 85. & restaurants.& concord speedway. Pet poop in trash smelling in corridor cleaned on wrong day. Items not replaced after cleanup. Room not ready at check in. People smoking in elevator. My room was not ready when I checked in (non smoking). I wanted the topmost floor but had noisy neighbors upstairs with pets left poop trash in the hallway trash bin which never got emptied during the long labor day weekend. Instead of room service on Thursday I got it on Tuesday. (2 days after check in). Which meant that I did not get room service for 8 more days. Took my extra pillows away. did not replace my kitchen towel. My mattress cover was torn it took 2 weeks to have it replaced. Was called a day early before check out I took me a week to straighten it out. last day got locked out had to change batteries at 7pm on the door lock. Wake up phone call on my days off was not turned off in spite of request. I can go on and on.
