In addition to the sofa sleeper, comfortable arm chair, and large work desk, the oversized studio suites feature a kitchen that allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. As a guest of StudioPLUS, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

This hotel was a little difficult to locate due to a small sign. Check in went very well and the clerk was plesant. The room was well described and plenty of space. There were almost no amenities such as dish soap, hangers, iron etc. and none available at the desk. The spa (or whatever it was) was closed and not available, no breakfast and limited food stores. The evening clerk was very helpful and full of information.

I arrived late in the evening and the only non-smoking room available was the handicapped room on the ground floor which was adjacent to the exercise room (noise) and the elevator (noise). I was moved to a 3rd floor room for the second night, which was far more pleasant.

It was clean and roomy. I had to drive a bit outside of Cleveland to get to it. I have no problem staying at this hotel again.

The Studio Plus hotel, located in North Olmsted, Ohio was roomy as far as the room goes. However, the carpets were stained and burnt. The couch had a rip in the corner, exposing the foam and the pull out sleeper's mattress was way too thin to be comfortable. The hotel was easily accessible at all hours that I needed. The hallways were clean. This hotel did not offer daily maid service so I had to clean my room each day. They only offer maid service for lenghty days' stay. (Who really stays that long?) I did know that they charged for my dog who was traveling with me. $25 per night...however, my dog went with me and went everywhere with me, and she did not soil or mess anything...they would never have been able to tell that a dog was even there! $75 is excessive, I think. This trip was way too expensive, and I would recommend getting the complete price before you book your room.

Great location, big room with full kitchen, very good value. No hot shower in the evening, not the end of the world but would have liked notice. Very good location. Big, clean room with full kitchen. Shower was cold in the evening, but fine next morning. Would stay here again.

Good location. Hotel is fully booked, they don't have any extra pillow. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family person which below single star.

It was clean and the person working the desk brought extra pillows fast. There was hair in the bathtub. It was hard to figure out how to use the tub stopper. This place was clean, could use more TV channel selection and more careful cleaning of the tub.

Spacious room, large kitchen area. Not enough cooking utensils. The Studio Plus was very nice with large rooms. There were not enough cooking utensils, however, and the room could use some freshening up. Still, it was a comfortable stay.

Room has kitchen and living space. Close to pool house, constant machine noise all night. I could not sleep all night because of the constant machinery noise from the pool house.

The rooms were huge, like suites. Very nice rooms. WiFi cost five dollars and didn't work very well. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are big- with a full kitchen, bedroom and living room-type area. The staff was forgiving when I overslept past the check-out time (oops!), and my experience at this hotel was great. The only problem I had was that wireless internet was not free, like many hotels. It also didn't work very well, my connection was quite slow, and I have a brand new laptop.

Convenience, good value, meets my needs. Not very good follow up on repair requests. Asked for a simple repair to the bathroom faucet, which was never resolved during my stay.

Spacious and inviting. Lot's of dust, a few burned out light bulbs and older carpet. Easy check in. Basic bathroom. No shampoo, only soap. Carpet starting to show wear. Bed was comfortable, but blanket had rips in it. Good room. Nice and friendly front desk.

The location was excellent, staff was pleasant and the room was spacious. The refrigerator kept clicking. I had to shut it off but we didn't have any food to worry about. The hotel was conveniently located with restaurants and shopping around within walking distance. The grounds and building were clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Great staff safe location and convenient location. Only that I felt the quality of furniture, curtains, bedspread wasn't there. You had to get shampoo clat the desk. Great for a family. Good size living space. Clean.

It had all the amenities and necessities one would need to cook and eat. No indoor pool. The hotel was worth my visit and I would select Studio plus over some of the 4star hotel because of the amenities the appearances access abilities of stores and the cooking utensils etc.
